Had to walk out the door today - No Service
Walked in and saw a woman working in the back, I waited 5 minutes and then used restroom, came out and stood again at the register for a few without anyone coming to me, so I left :(

Runs out of food before breakfast ends. Fourth time it’s happened so now I’m leaving a review.
Offered no options as a substitute. I guess no sale is better than a sale. Manager is terrible and she likes to be argumentative.

I’ve decided it’s no longer worth being close in proximity. The service takes over 10 minutes (both in store and drive thru). Multiple orders have been incorrect (missing items or inaccurate items like sausage instead of bacon on a sandwich). Coffee is not made correctly, I should not have to fix it when I get to my destination. They don’t even put the creamer in when my order is “triple triple” in a medium coffee (the color alone gives it away). All in all, would avoid and drive to a different location.

Why is it EVERYTIME, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through the order you guys seem to mess up my entire order and if I bring it inside to get it fixed you guys still can’t seem to get it right ?!

The drive thru games the system by asking people to pull forward into a parking spot. I ordered a coffee and a latte and was the only person in line when one car pulled up behind me. This is really poor customer service, even though I was first in line, because I had to pull forward and wait for someone to walk out to my vehicle, I still left AFTER the person being me. Unacceptable.

Not sure if staff knows what blueberry Tim Bits look like here. Second time ordering a 40 pack and ask for blueberry and instead get chocolate. Can't stand chocolate! Can't call the location and no time to go back up. Oh!!! And no receipt to prove what I really asked for! Just frustrating!

How long you gonna have me waiting in this handicapped parking spot for my food to be brought out ? 10? 20minutes ?
Absolute worse experiance..first charged us wrong price..then couldnt use our coupon for 2 dollars off a latte..and we had a gift card they said they couldnt try to scan..I said why they said because we scanned the latte coupon..I said yeah and you evidently didnt do that right because I didnt get 2 dollars off..geez. so couldnt use a coupon or gift card too completcated for them.barely could take the order anyways. crazy. Im done there

The two gentlemen in this Tim Hortons were efficient and quick with getting my order together. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful.
