We stood here for 10 mins not one of the four employees acknowledged us. One guy shuffled over to the register like he didn't want to do his job. He keyed something in then turned away. My mom turned to me and said I'm about to leave. We waited a minute then headed towards the door. As we reached the door the guy then asked can I get something for you? My mom replied nope too late! We get they have stuff to wipe up etc but 1 of the 4 employees could have said hey someone will be with you in just a min. If the guy doesn't like his job maybe he should find a new one that's not customer service or learn how to fake a smile. This was my first & last time here.

Took 35 minutes to get a mobile order placed 10 minutes before. Originally placed for drive thru pick up, waited in a line of 15 cars that barely moved. Decided to go inside to see if I could pick it up there. Stood inside for another 15 minutes while everyone in there ignored the line of people. What made it even more unbearable was the older lady employee making the sandwiches yelling at all the other employees the whole time. Saturday morning seem to be pretty busy and this place needs to staff accordingly. It seemed like everyone was brand new and/or just miserable. Ended up having to get back in the drive thru line to even be acknowledged. And my god, I could hear that old woman screeching in the background through the drive thru speaker. I wouldn't have waited as long as I did if I didn't use the mobile app and had already paid for my order.

I should've read the reviews before stopping here this morning! Ordered a large Maple Cinnamon Cold Brew that wasn't even filled up in the cup. Was more like a medium and didn't taste any Maple or Cinnamon. Just a regular cold brew. And then to top it off....being handed breakfast sandwiches one by one, not in a bag. My Boyfriend had to ask for a bag! And having 3 people at the window all talking at once made ordering frustrating. This TH is Awful!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Updated review: i only go here a few times a year because my husband wants to change it up and its always a mistake. They also are using their handicap space as a "Please pull forward and we will bring it out to you" spot. They need some landscaping BAD! The Trees are so overgrown They would not honor this $1 bagel simply because they didn't know how it worked. I'm not paying $3+ when I have a coupon on your stores app for a dollar bagel with. I was actually excited to start using these tim horton points but I don't think I will be returning to tim hortons. I seem to have a problem every time I come here. Last time they forgot the bacon on my BELT. Get your shit together, COVID is no longer an excuse for a poorly managed tim hortons
