My ice capp was black usually when it's made with almond milk it's dark but it was literally black and disgusting. My bagel wasn't toasted and had no butter and the tim bits were gross just a head up if you are coming here for those items

everything about this Tim Hortens is wonderful. I’ve never had issues with the people who work here but every time I drive through something is down today. today the espresso machine was down, you’re coffee place. How is you espresso sheet down?

Tim Hortons or Biggby is usually my daily routine being a new resident in Flatrock. I have had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons with the man at the window and the girl that is calling the shots in the back by the window when you’re employee tells me my drink is free and I look and my drink is halfway full. I said OK but what is wrong with the ice cap he said nothing?! What do you mean the girl walked over and said you still have to charge her and that’s completely fine. Nothing is free in this world, but can I have a full ice cap with whip topping like I asked for and maybe a little caramel drizzle???! you guys really need to reevaluate your staff half of the time it looks like they’ve been wearing the same dirty clothes for weeks. And this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had these people you put at the window are rude

After my experience I had this morning, I will not be back to this location at all. I've been to this location a few times prior, no problem at all. This morning, did a mobile order, was told it wasn't there when I went through the drive thru but once they got it they would make it. So I wanted. A couple minutes went by, same guy who told me they would make the order apparently forgot who I was, got rude, basically told me they were not making any order that was never received. Honestly, I don't know if they even checked to see if the order even showed up. The guy would not let me speak, spoke over me like he didn't even want me there, like it was an inconvenience that I was even there at all. To make matters worse, they acknowledged at the drive through window acting like the order was there.

I used to go here all the time. Was back in town and went asking for an iced cap and donut. Both the iced cap and the donut were wrong. Tried to give it another chance a couple days later and at 9am they are cleaning their iced cap machine. What a silly time to do that. I went across the street to Dunkin and it was great.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Trash and food all over the floor uner the machines that has been there for weeks. It honestly needs to be shut down and deep cleaned. Health department needs to check it out.

Whatever staff was working 2/18/25 After 2:00pm was horrible . the drive threw girl speaks like she doesn't want to work there or has NO energy . When i pulled up to pay for my order the guy said nothing just stuck his hand out . I had to ask them label the one with espresso just to find out it had NO ESPRESSO after paying for a double shot , so i was robbed ! i ordered a 4X4 double shot of espresso and my coffee tasted like WATER . no sugar , no coffee flavor NO espresso and it was LUKE WARM . Horrible staff and services

This location is awesome is open 24/7 unfortunately the night shift has poor customer service, one person in particular a large lady that works there is always rude and in a bad mood there’s couple of guys whom are nice and polite, but this lady has some serious issues, unfortunately customer service will always affect a business I hope they can find someone with a better attitude and understanding of how important it is to be polite to customers, is sad seeing all these business closing due to their employees lack of respect, and “soft skills”. Other than that this location is a life saver thank you for being open 24/7.

Terrible staff. Consistently pulled to recieve old stale food. Treated rudely and met with an escalation of aggression when you complain. This store could use a serious look at restaffing.

Every time I go here it’s always a problem my order. I’ve gotten old food the last two times I’ve been here. when you take it back in to tell them about it, the manager or the works always has an attitude. I even called corporate multiple times because they are very rude and unprofessional. They feel like they can talk to customers any kind of way.
