They must be under new management based on all I've read cus I loved the catfish, the chicken wings. My baby loved the fries. Coleslaw and corn bread were ok. Maybe cus I've had them sweeter. This was not as sweet but probably better for you. The tangy BBQ sauce is perfect and u used that for fries. Mashed potatoes are ok. Overall, I've only ordered and had it delivered but can't wait to e a t here in person. Loved what I ate
Ordered the half rack of ribs meal as well as the pulled pork dinner. Ended up being 2 meals for us and was delicious! We will be back.

Not only is the food good...the girl who took our order was so incredibly nice! The onion petals and chicken was my favorite. The brisket is very good. Corn bread was really good too.

I received friendly service , and I ordered a catfish dinner. I waited for about 15 minutes and it was well seasoned fresh tasting, but I don't like the the catfish nuggets I like the steaks or fillets. The cole slaw was not tasty and lacking flavor.

used Maudes in Lapeer to cater a rehearsal dinner. The food arrived hot and was enjoyed by all. They had the food there on time, and the delivery girl was polite and helpful. Very good experience!

This place is a hole in the wall. Not too inviting on the outside but the inside is a nice set up. I don't typically leave reviews but this is arguably the BEST bbq in flint that I've ever tried. The brisket was juicy and smoky, the ribs were sweet and tangy, the fries were perfectly seasoned and all of my food came out hot!! They are so friendly and helpful and I'd 100% say try it out for yourself. Wish I knew about this place sooner.

This is one of those diamond in the rough places! It's in a pretty sparse part of town and is very small. They have a picnic table and one table inside as well as stool/window seating. But probably better for takeout. I had an astounding terrific pulled pork sandwich. They have a full bbq menu. No indoor bathrooms so beware. But that detriment wasn't worth a deduction. This place is well worth the stop!
