I have been going to Als for years. Today i got a grilled chicken salad that wasn't even half a salad. They up the price for $7.50 to $10 in the past year which is understandable due to the economy but now they aren't even giving you a half a chicken breast barely anything else just mainly a Handful of lettuce.

Absolutely worst food ever the chicken had mold on it they are very dirty highly wouldn’t recommend coming here

As of March 11 update: system does not allow modifications so I’m adding on to it. So I recieved a call today from Junior and was asked today to change my review which was an honest recent experience I’ve had with this restaurant otherwise they would no longer service me after 5 years of being a customer. I was also told that they didn’t want my business due to my negative review of a few negative experiences I’ve had with their business unfortunately where my food was overly burned, missing ingredients or food items or the employee was unnecessarily rude to me. I’m a very honest and transparent person and always have been. I order from this place nearly everyday the same thing French toast platter it used to be with egg until that option with the platter was removed from DoorDash and now a Greek chicken pita that yes unfortunately will not arrive the same way due to different cooks and for whatever reason ingredients become missing. Those are honest and very real incidents that have occurred and I eat those costs of loss because I paid and whatever I receive I receive. What frustrates me the most is that out of 3 conversations with this business, I’ve been yelled at by employees, unable to speak and explain due to being talked over and then basically told im a teacher I should know better what my negative review would leave yet not one person ive spoken to stopped and simply said ma’am I apologize for that here is how we can fix the problem or make it better because again I paid my money and made a choice to do business with them for food but yet I’m literally yelled at because my order had a problem and I voiced what the Issue was. That’s not okay. The owner has seen my review and simply not reached out and whether we do business with each other or not, where is the good customer service? Where is the human decency to simply treat people with kindness? I didn’t mess my orders up, I should be the one yelling yet instead I write a review and order at night when at least Ms Andrea is working because the past 5 years she greets me kindly, remembers who I am and makes sure my order is right, she gives great customer service and I trust her. But to be asked to remove my honest experience vs apologizing for it as the business never fixed it instead this other lady literally hung up in my face several times told me to call Al when all I was simply doing was letting her know I didn’t get any of my sausage links for my $16 French toast platters just bread then I offered to show her and bring it back up there to her and she was so rude and talked down to me over a bad review yet here I was again not receiving the food I paid for. I didn’t pay to be yelled at. I didn’t pay to be talked down to or treated as though my business doesn’t matter. That’s not good customer service or even just be a nice human being. As a teacher I teach my 3rd graders to be kind to each other and speak to each with respect and understanding not ridicule so it’s disheartening to receive that kind of interaction with some employees of this business. I order here so much my coworkers want to order. I know I will never receive an apology for anything and that’s okay, but again when people bring their hard earned money to a place of business they want what they paid for and if it’s not available communicate and don’t yell at them for being upset because something they love was sent to them incomplete or in an uncaring manner. I know when Ms Andrea is there my food will e right, I know when Junior is there my food will be great but that should be my experience 24/7 regardless who is working. I dont know the name of the lady who was so rude and hung up on me the day none of my orders had the sausages but how she treated me was not and never will be okay. I appreciate my conversation with Junior the cook tonight and I hope he and Al and whoever is employed there take my words seriously because not everyone has the heart tp speak up but I do and what has happened to me is not okay and whether it was me or someone else the situations and how they were ha
