Literally just left chicken undercooked still bleeding I take it back it’s still literally undercooked burnt blood and water under the skin I call get cussed out n hung up on like who can I call to report these folks???

Usually this place is great with the food, hardly any issues.. ordered a double mushroom and Swiss burger.. the cook LITERALLY threw mushrooms from a can on 2 hamburger patties with AMERICAN slices cheese!! The cook didn't even know how to make a mushroom and Swiss burger! I'm not exactly sure how a coney island cook doesn't know how to cook a basic burger. Called them to rectify and let them know (we didn't want a refund or bring it back, just to let them know). The cashier seemed annoyed by the phone call. So just double-check your food before you leave the window..

Wings wasn't cooked completely. These folks could care less what they serve you. Look at all the reviews and not one response from management there. Surely there are better places for folks to spend even if it cost more. May get good food depending on who's working- but it should be consistent. Won't be back and will tell others not to go to any of their eating places

Restaurant is a hole in the wall with Rude unprofessional staff who don’t acknowledge their mistakes and will argue with you knowing good and well they are wrong. I’m sure the health department won’t take long to close this trap house of a restaurant.

I usually have good luck here but The girl working tonight was HORRIBLE. Told her 3 times what I wanted and then she hands me a bag that isn’t mine. Asked for ranch she charged me $1 when I’ve never been charged for ranch before then I get it and it’s not ranch it’s sour cream! Ask for only mayo and ketchup on my burger. What do I get? Mustard and mayo (disgusting by the way) Very disappointed this time
