If I could put a 0 I would. First of all, I had to wait for my food. Secondly I get home and I’m missing a fry. Thirdly I open my sandwich and half my hun is off the sandwich and all the toppings are on the wrapper. Cool. Lastly I call the store and guess what 6 times of calling and no damn answer. I am highly disappointed and will be contacting corporate in the morning.

The only reason I am giving a start is because I had no choice. Arby’s on Davison road step it up your drive through worker is rude. A bunch of my stuff was wrong/missing. I tried to call to let them know three times once I got home and I guess they just do not answer their phones!!! Horrible experience to say the least…

Worst Arby’s around. Ice cold fries, stale bread. They messed up my order and after an 11 hour work day I tried calling and nobody answered and when I drive up there they are blasting music. Absolutely unprofessional, stay away from this location at all costs!!!!

I honestly have to say that I am GREATLY pleased with the manager Tristan!!! They eneded up getting swamped and unfortunately my whole order got messed up. I called and he politely listened to everything I said and made it right IMMEDIATELY!!! He overly understood the assignment and came running like Prince Charming!!! My family and I appreciate you for taking care of our food!!! You will always win when you have someone like Tristan in charge!!! THAT MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!!
