I'm giving one star legitimately because the service was friendly. Otherwise a horrible experience.We were given all of our food and then asked to wait on our nuggs or cheesesticks (can't remember) we sat there, in the car with our food getting cold for over 10 minutes. I wouldn't allow anyone to get into the bags and eat until we got home for fear opening the bags would make the rest of the food colder. Then, by time we got home all of our food was cold!I was just recently on vacation in FL and when i got a beef and cheddar there was more than 1/2 a teaspoon of cheddar on it.This sandwich was SO DRY. I tried to smear the cheddar as much as possible.The LARGE fry was no bigger than a small fry. There were barely any fries!!Then my friend is eating her cold sandwich and all of a sudden she goes "omg, I'm going to throw up!!" A GIANT HAIR INNERTWINED INTO HER SANDWICH. She knew i was already planning to write a review so she had me take a pic. Meanwhile, we were both gagging. I have a pic & video actually of the hair breaking multiple times before we could finally get it out of the sandwich.I will never eat at this Arby's again! and I dk if i will ever eat Arbys again period!!

Disappointed with my Turkey Brown Sugar Sandwich because there wasn’t any bacon visible and only 2 small pieces on it.

Usually their food is really good but the last few times I got the chicken sliders and they were super dry and hard which I was very disappointed but the Customer Service is super friendly and atmosphere really nice too.
Got there at 11pm for drive thru , one car ahead of me . He sat there for at least 5 min til they took order ( one car was at the pick up . I was literally at drive thru with one person ahead of me and he was at the pick up window . They over heard me say cmon already and they lied and said there was 4 ahead of me . When there was just the one car ahead of me . The car behind me left .. after 17 minutes I left and the car at the window was still there . So there’s was no 4 people ahead just the one that they took no less then 10 min to get thier order . Not taking an order til the other leaves the window .. I like Arby’s but not enough to wait 20 min in drive thru at 11pm and they are not even close to busy ! Getting to be like this every time I go . Disappointed
Very slow service. I said for here got a bag to go. They lost a customer while I was there due to nobody being at the counter. The beverage/sauce station looked like it had not been wiped down all day. Fries were cold sandwich was not near worth the price.

They went above and beyond with 2 great meals! They had turnovers frosted so professionally and everything looked like the photo on the menu!! The service was just as good. Make sure you go to this location on Davison rd!!
