Ordered a BBQ BACON Burger…no bacon or onion topping. Honestly if you can’t even get the name of the burger correct then you need to be trained better. It wasn’t even busy. Staff clearly doesn’t care about quality.

I don’t even know why I continue to return to this location. The employees are extremely unorganized EVERY TIME. After waiting an additional 15mins after my arrival for my online order, I’m left with cold sandwiches but hot fries. Thats the absolute last time. I will drive out of my way just to avoid this location and i suggest you do too.

The lady who took my order tonight was soooo nice and friendly. I wish everyone dealing with the public was like her. It was nice to be greeted with a smile as well. She deserves a raise, training position, or something. ?? People are so rude nowadays. God bless her. ??

Dietary restrictions: Looking for protein so double roast beef filled the bill
The last two times i went there to get a french dip they give me the sandwich and forget the dip for it and when i try get refund they go the dip is free you can get a free dip on your next order why i need two au gres on my next order a french dip needs the dip. ridiculous not wanting to refund me for selling me half my order its not just called a french smh

Amazing staff. The chic working the drive through around 6:30 today was fantastic. Simply amazing how easy she makes customer service. As busy as they were with Back to Bricks at the Drive In, they were on spot delivering fast & friendly service with a smile! The entire team was great.
