I don't know what it is about this location, maybe the employees just don't care and are just too lazy to work, but every time I come here the mac and cheese is always ice cold in the middle of a sandwiches or mostly cold with a little bit of warmth the chick at the window always seems so miserable like she doesn't even want to be there

Love the 5 minute wait for my chicken sandwich to be cooked, only to get home and see they didn’t even put it in the bag! So what was the wait for??? Call up irritated with the whole situation only to be told that yep they just forgot to put it in there! I return to the store to be greeted with it was my fault my sandwich wasn’t in the bag! The sandwich takes time to cook is what I was told even though I waited the time they told me to wait and was handed my food and told to have a nice day but yeah my fault for assuming I had all of my food! The manager definitely needs 100% more training he has absolutely no customer service skills or conflict resolution training at all! I asked for a refund on the one meal they for got since I had to make the 15 minute trip back up to the store and was told I needed to bring all my food back for a refund, no compensation no nothing absolutely disgusting manager! I will not be returning to this Arby’s ever! I’ve worked in fasted food for 10 years and would handle a situation the way this manager did! So unprofessional

Food was as expected and service was good. The crown jewel is the largest one-holer restroom I have ever seen. Useful if you're having car trouble and need a spot to work on it out of the weather or fancy a quick private jog.

I appreciate that I was treated respectfully when I called to have an item replaced and when I arrived hrs later to get the replacement I was also treated very well. Thank you keep up the good work team! Great customer service and friendly staff will always out way a mix up with an order.

Ordered a Classic Cheddar roast beef meal with cheese sticks and two Roast Beef Gryos. The cheddar was smashed and all three were cold roast beef that didn't taste like the normal roast beef. Idk. And no Arby's or Horse Sauce in the bag. Overall, the food at the Clio Arby's is below par and sadly, my last time eating there.
PS. Arby's on State Street, Saginaw near McDonald Kia dealership has always been fresh and hot. So, I know Clio Arby's is failing us local Clio residents.

I called miller.rd Arby's to tell them my food is OLD..
It was ready when I pulled to the window so I should have known.
I called and the manager was very smart mouth.
I'm telling EVERYONE do not get your fish from miller Rd for ASH WEDNESDAY/LINT OR NO other time and the fries was cold..
Wasted 28bucks
