This place is a joke! Not only do they not know how to take an order but they can't even put the wrong order in the bag. They make you wait forever and then give you cold food. Absolutely disgusted!!! One job!!! Do better or find something you're good at.

I placed a mobile order for pickup so I could use a deal in the app. I waited a few minutes past the estimated ready time because I saw they were busy. When I went in to pick up my order I was not greeted, the young lady was staring at the order screen confused. After a few minutes she turned around and asked what I needed. I told her I was picking up an order and gave her my name. She said they were getting it together. About that time an older woman came around to the front in a panic asking if everyone had been helped. Then she disappeared into the back. After about another 5 minutes I got my order and went out to my car. I noticed when I sat down that my au jus was missing. Back inside I go. The young lady was talking to another associate but stopped to ask what I needed again. I told her I was missing my au jus. She said nothing to me, but went back to talking to the other girl about an animal with an infection that has popped and how if it popped again she would have to put it down. That's a great conversation to overhear while she's filling a bowl with sauce. Yum 🤮. I get home and my sandwiches are half put together, more cheese on the wrapper than the sandwich because the bun was just thrown on. I don't know what happened, but it seems like every Arby's around me has slacked off on customer service and food service. I'm not in favor of paying a premium price for fast food that isn't fast and half the time isn't right or is so sloppy that it's almost inedible.

Went back today and again worst restaurant to deal with That manager needs to be fired she's rude and before you say amendment she's already got an attitude like she doesn't give af about you or helping you
I used the app and was supposed to get a free sandwich with $10 purchase it was in my bag after i made the purchase it was not on my order
Tools the girl at the drivethru and came inside as soon as the massage walked up to me she had an attitude you could see before i said a word to her
I showed her the coupon on the app and showed my purchase and told her IDK why but the sandwich was not on my order She flat out refused to help and when i asked a question she threw her hands up in the air roller her eyes and sighed like i was just on her last nerve
She refused to help so i asked for a refund and again she refused she told me she won't give me another or do anything about it and i just need to call corporate
Came straight home and 7 minutes and my food was not even Luke warm Actually my fries had dried grease on them like they were sitting out all day they were rubber and disgusting The sandwich was pretty much ice cold
This is ridiculous and to be told they won't give me my money back is even more ridiculous
Not one napkin in the bag either just lazy And for my food to be sealed in the bag with tape how is it that cold

Right off the highway on Pierson Road and I-75. HOT FRESH FOOD!
Parking: Plenty of parking. The drive-thru is on a steep slope going down and up in the rear of the building. Be careful of cars behind you pulling up to the window to get your order.
