I've been a part of this place since the very beginning, back when Lynette first opened this place, on MLK, in the 5th Ward, and we were sitting in folding chairs in the back room, drinking coffee, eating donuts, and listening to music, trying to see a better day by taking steps to make that happen.
B light is an amazing cafe and shelter where you can go to enjoy breakfast ☕ and a conversation about God etc.
An excellent establishment.
Good place to eat and attend Bible study with. FREE FOOD

Helping and Serving the Guests at B Light is a blessing to do.
It is indeed a Bright Beacon of Light for the Community of Faith.
I love coming and helping out here always seems to be a move of the spirit and willingness to help people in need whether it be with food clothes or prayer.
