I’ve been a customer here since they opened. I will not return ever again after my experience today. I ordered carry out, and they messed up my lunch order and I did not receive what I ordered. I immediately called and asked if I picked up the wrong order and to see if my food was still there. They acknowledged they rang up my order wrong and I did not receive what I ordered, but they refused to give me a refund. I tried to eat the food I received, even though it was not what I ordered. But the food was horrible and inedible. When I called back, they told me I was just “upset from the beginning” which was not true at all. They offered to give me a refund “the next time I came in.” I said I didn’t know when that would be, and again asked for a refund on my credit card. The guy on the phone became hostile, blamed the mistake on a “bunch of new people” he hired, said that “shit happens” and then hung up on me.
Food was excellent! Will definitely be back!😋
I feel these people are racist. Waited 30 minutes plus for food, then after I watched them serve people that ordered after me, also watched apologize for other peoples wait, while two words weren’t said to me. I will not be retuning!
If I could give 10 stars I would!🌟 Fresh and flavorful; hummus, garlic sauce and chicken shawarma. Good service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend 👌
Its becoming harder and harder to come by places to eat lunch at where you aren't spending over $20. I can confidently say that Beirut has saved me in that regard numerous times.
Even with recent price increases, I can go enjoy a phenomenal wrap or meal plate for around $10, and they carry an amazing selection of canned / bottled drinks too! The staff is always very polite, and are always hard at work making delicious food. they even have a small grocery section where you can buy ingredients for your own cooking, or a snack to take home!
I personally love the chicken shwarma, and the Lamb, the grape leaves are also amazing too. The only downsides are a lack of seating, as the farmers market can get a bit busy, and I really wish I was able to substitute half my rice with hummus (you get one or the other, and both portions seem to be a bit too big)
Friendly helpful staff!! Amazing food! The garlic was perfection! Will definitely recommend and be back!!
2 Stars for the food. Food was good but the customer service was sub par. Cashier too busy texting and scrolling on her phone. Had to wait for my food which was no problem. But no one said it will take a few minutes. Other people ordered after me but got their food before me. Maybe my food took a little longer to cook. it would have been nice to know that. There was no communication to me. They were too busy talking in the back and the cashier was too busy texting and talking to the cooks in the back. She literally slapped the sandwich in my hand!!! She was rude. Other customers noticed how she handed me my order. She didn't say thank you, come again , have a nice day or sorry for the wait. It felt like I was bothering her. So I am not coming back. 2nd time I have come to this business and it seems the workers are distracted talking and doing other things. It feels like you're bothering them with making an order. If I feel like I am a bothering an employee by placing an order I don't come back! I hope you have better service!Good luck

Today was my third experience going to Beirut Restaurant and Grocery and it was awful service. The girl argued with my mother and me after asking what happened to our order only after waiting over 40 minutes. Come to find out they hadn't started our order yet and she said that I owed her an extra $4 only after we paid and had been waiting for 40 minutes?? I paid her and she said first we had to wait for our order of Kibee because it takes a long time to prepare which honestly it should have taken 15 minutes. Next she shrieked that the guy taking our order didn't write it down properly and he only wrote down 1 chicken swarma instead of 2 and it was awful service because the first time around she said the order correct which was 2 sandwiches and 1 order of Kibee? I am so upset. Every time I've ordered there the service has been horrible. Food is great but it's not worth it if I'm treated without respect period. I won't be back.
Amazing food and awesome service. I had the Gyro this time and wow!!

Really wanted to support this restaurant but whoever takes orders is extremely rude so I will not be dining there.
I like the food here but had a poor customer service experience this afternoon. I ordered a sandwich with a simple request to remove the green pickles. I know the blonde employee heard me correctly because she repeated back 'no green peppers,' which we both knew weren't in the sandwich, and I corrected her, which she confirmed and wrote down. The cashier also confirmed no green pickles when I paid. However, when I picked up my order, they removed the pickled turnips without my consent and asked if that was okay. When I told her that I specifically only asked for the green pickles to be removed and wanted the pickled turnips, the blonde employee treated me condescendingly and incredulously explained that the pickled turnips are pickled. It's crucial for employees to respect customer choices, communicate clearly, and confirm changes before making them, rather than assuming and asking afterward, only to act condescending when corrected. What's the point of delineating between pickled turnips and "green pickles" on the menu if you're going to act like I can't make my own order correctly?
