We always go out of our way to eat here if we are anywhere near Flint. I have always given 5 stars for service in the past. Unfortunately, last Friday, there were a couple of mistakes. It seemed the gal was new. I hope the more seasoned staff will help her out. We LOVE these sandwiches! I wish Mt.Pleasant still had a Big John Steak House!

Been coming here since I first moved to Flint. This is based on the worst experience I've had here. Was told I can't use the $5 off $20 or more purchase because I got combos. The coupon says any purchase by the way, see picture for reference. I've used that coupon for the exact same order multiple times. So obviously I was like, what? One of my sandwiches was made wrong literally by the person who took the order (thank got it isn't an alium allergy, just an autistic girl with texture aversion to grilled onions.)Over all it was just not as bussin as it usually is. Going to seek out another steak sandwich joint. Need more consistency, having cooked meat in a half pan for literally hours makes the seasoned meat too salty and dry af after its retouched on the grill. Way better when fresh.

I have been to the one on Dort Hwy. near Court last week and the bread was so hard I couldn't bite or chew it, I have visited the one on Corunna,Clio and Davidson Roads, my personal favorite is the one on Davidson Road. The food was fresh and good the service was good and I am a frequent visitor at this one as a oppose to the other ones...
I stopped in March 25 dinner time. The lady who waited on me excellent. Both my sandwiches ham an cheese and steak and onions bun was so hard I had to remove, let's say scrape the bun to get to a soft spot. I ended up just eating the ham. Very disappointed the person who made this sandwich knew that bun was hard. That's what is upsetting that he had no pride on the food he was making.

I came thru the drive thru worker was rude rushing ppl like she was buying the food my steak n onion sandwich was dry as hell just meat and bread wth who eat a sandwich like that no love and compassion for that sandwich the club sandwich was on point so for me it's a hell no of going back since I had to fix up the sandwich myself.. Acting like her ssa couldn't here and wanted to talk smart.. Need more training on how to treat customers..
