Bought 2 cups of chili, they didn't say it was spicy. N I can't have spicy food. So I only ate 2 bites. Called the manager n he said he couldn't give me a refund even if I brought the food back. The other chili wasn't even touched. 😡🤬

So I ordered a whole #7 super steak, cheese and mushroom sandwich. When they handed the sandwich to me through the drive through window. They said the mushroom were cooked in with the meat, not on top. I thought that was odd. After getting home and unwrapping my sandwich the first thing that I noticed was there were no mushrooms on top whatsoever. The meat was overcooked and dried out and I could only count maybe 5-7 mushrooms inside the meat. I could only stomach eating half of the flavorless sandwich. I tried giving the other half to my daughter who did love Big John’s and took one look at it and wanted nothing to do with it and put in the fridge. I paid over $23 for this sandwich and I totally regret ever going there.

I was there 2 days ago and ordered a quesadilla . It was the chicken one. but you really couldn't tell is was chicken by the way it was presented, also it was so salty and no cheese on it. I called and they offered to make me a new one, but I wasn't driving all the way back.
