I absolutely love Big Johns. I drive 15 miles to get one. Today I had such a nasty experience. Not sure if it was the color of my skin or just the ahole attitude of the staff. I asked for peppers and they put jalapeno on my sandwich. The young lady was on her phone which is very unprofessional. Y'all need to have managers with some balls to address your employees. I will never go back. The attitude from the staff sucked!!

I asked two times politely to get my sandwich wrapped separately. (Me knowing they DO NOT wrap both half’s.)The cashier got lippy with me both times telling me the process on how the sandwiches get made & wrapped instead of saying ok, and going to verify with her coworker that it was going to get wrapped separately. Which it wasn’t. She brought it to his attention which he then tried to justified his actions loudly. And of course nobody offered to fix it. Just so Ghetto. Looks like a bunch of kids running the store. Where are the adults?Good sandwich though.

I hope that they will get those chocolate cookies back with the pink M&M from breast cancer month. Those were so delicious that they should always have them as they would sell out quickly. They were super good if anyone is listening.
