I like to have a coffee in the evening but five times out of seven it’s been almost cold. If it doesn’t get better soon I’ll be going to Tim hortons. Also keep some napkins on hand

Customer service was horrible, I have been to this location several times before with good customer service but after today.... I will not visit that location again. Was told by staff that owner's are not very involved. We'll when the store starts doing bad maybe they will care about the type of service there staff is giving.

They always have smiling faces at any location I go to. I order the Matcha honey cinnamon vanilla latte, iced. And lawd have mercy its delicious!

We have been to this location several times, each time our order is messed up and we wait and everyone who came in behind us received their drinks before we have! The service is absolutely awful the girls are not friendly or give good customer service! We gave it one last chance and we will not be back!

All of the employees are so kind and helpful! But the blonde (sorry didn’t catch name) who was working drive through this morning was such a bright light! It’s nice to start my morning with a smile and kindness. Not to mention the iced lavender matcha is to die for! Love this location!

Sat at the speaker for over 10 minutes waiting to order and no one answered.
After waiting some time to place order in drive-thru, to then get to window to wait again after I paid for my drink, I figured not to expect much. The very nice lady pleasantly apologized for delay when she handed me my drink. I struggled to put straw through frozen cappuccino. Come to find out at end of drink [which came sooner than it usually does] was due to the 1/3rd cup chunks of ice not blended up well. I liked the taste of the drink, just dissatisfied with consistency, and shortened sips, of drink. My guess, new hires and or short staffed,1 bad day. Next time I'm in town I hope for 1 fantastic day to make up for it.

The people were really nice in there which add to the atmosphere, but I purchased a matcha latte and it literally just tasted like a crab or fishy in a sort. I dont think ill be getting another matcha latte from here again, but i so highly recommend the other drinks there here especially the chai latte!
