We showed up at 750pm they were already shut down, counting cash, etc. Once I said the clock on the wall says open till 8pm she wanted not to make our drinks!! Listen companies if your hours are open till a CERTAIN TIME- THAT MEANS THAT TIME NOT EARLY

Been coming here for quite a while. And I spend a lot of money. come here every day and the owners of this establishment is a joke. Can't wait for the coffee beanery to reopen at the new Location on Bristol in Linden road.

The customer service was great, but I ordered a caramel marvel frozen I ended up getting an iced caramel Marvel, which is fine. I figured I’d probably just misspoke but when drinking it, it tasted so bad. I only ever get a Carmel marvel from Biggby’s but this has got to be the worst drink I’ve ever had.

It’s very frustrating to place a pick up order and then not be acknowledged when I walk into the store. I finally went to the counter because, again, no one asked if I wanted to order or if I’d ordered at all. Then she told me my breakfast sandwich was being worked on even though they had t started working on it yet at that point. Very, very disappointing. I order ahead for a reason.

Called to ask a question and they didn’t even say hello and hung up on me. Never been here before but I definitely don’t want to give them my business when they can’t even do a simple job of answering the phone. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Save your time and peace of mind by going literally anywhere else. Anywhere else would have better customer service at this point. Disgusted with the behavior of whoever worked this morning as I can hear them in the background as I spoke “hello” into the phone waiting for a response only to be hung up on. Worst Biggby I’ve seen yet.

Usually this place is great. Went today 2 hours before close and was told they wouldn't make a bagel cause it was to close to closing time.
Customer service was horrible, I have been to this location several times before with good customer service but after today.... I will not visit that location again. Was told by staff that owner's are not very involved. We'll when the store starts doing bad maybe they will care about the type of service there staff is giving.

They always have smiling faces at any location I go to. I order the Matcha honey cinnamon vanilla latte, iced. And lawd have mercy its delicious!

We have been to this location several times, each time our order is messed up and we wait and everyone who came in behind us received their drinks before we have! The service is absolutely awful the girls are not friendly or give good customer service! We gave it one last chance and we will not be back!
