They are all very nice that work there. Sometimes the drinks are too sweet but I think that's just the bigby standard. There have been MANY times I asked for something iced and they repeated it back to me just to then make it hot. But I never say anything.
Love this place very convenient. However there is a tension rod sticking out of the pavement before you pull into drive thru. will damage someone’s vehicle if they drive against it! Not sure who’s responsible for fixing it but just a PSA for everyone who comes here to avoid !
Eric had phenomenal customer service skills. He was a pleasure, from the friendly greeting to the accuracy of my order, he was awesome! He deserves a shout out for sure if not a raise! Way to brighten my day for sure!
