Today Dec 6th ordered breakfast/brunch to go for my son and I. Pick up was scheduled for 1042 am. Curbside was quick and effective. However, they should be ashamed of the food they sent out. Chicken strips were dry and borderline burnt with a weird greasy after taste. Pot roast sandwich was swimming in green bean juice 🤢. I guess I was ok with my food being mid and subpar...but when my son showed me his, I was pissed. His sausage was burnt, dry and rubbery like they were a week old. He ordered a fruit cup as a side. The bananas were brown and rotten and blueberries mushy. The eggs were so rubbery they looked like they came from a kids play kitchen. It's the mishaps like this that makes me not want to spend money with businesses who doesn't value the quality of the product but continues to raise prices.

Banana bread take out..Hill rd bought 4 loafs of bananbread..that isn't the Banana bread they use to serve last year. Manager gave me 3 more? Of the same no bananas in bread 1 small piece of walnut I cut open 2 loafs. If you never had the banana bread prior to recipe change you missed out it was the best I had ever eaten. Bought from Bob Evens at Thanksgiving yearly.I am Stuck with 5 whole loafs just flour and artificial flavoring , breads not giving them to guests.I can . donate or tossing them not eating box cake muffin mix.. Hate when restaurants. cut quality of food. Cut out the bananas in Banana bread or useing a pre mix box bread mix is yuk not the signature bread.. ll contact corporate some franchises don't use correct recipes

Sat down the night before Thanksgiving, had a hot cider and a biscuit and half a cherry Pepsi and was forced to vomit in the bathroom. I had already ordered my meal and was eating with my family. They all seemed fine as of writing this review. I didn't touch my meal. I didn't trust it. I won't be back.

Great prices and yummy food! Had the caramel cold brew and a breakfast combo of scrambled eggs, chicken sausage links, hashbrowns, and white toast. Kind and helpful staff. Decently quick service considering how busy they were on a Sunday morning. Clean restaurant.

To be honest, the main reason I’m leaving this review is because when I came in with my husband the other night for dinner, the night manager, I believe his name was Mark, gave the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. My husband and I don’t go out to eat too often these days, especially since we’ve had some bad experiences at a few places in the area but when I tell you, Mark was so kind and friendly. It just brightened up my night to know that there are still people in the service industry like him. The food was good too!

Has to be the cleanest restaurant on Miller Rd! Haven't tried Bob Evans in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the dinner options. Got the chicken & noodles dinner they have and it was a great comfort food item. Will be back again
I can not rate the food because of the rude person seating us. We asked for a booth because of a disability. She told us it wasn’t her job to clean the several dirty booths. We could see one that was clean. She than told us to go sit in front and wait she guessed. Why would I eat here? I have never been treated so horribly. Grand Blanc bob Evans was absolutely wonderful. Don’t waste your time here.

My friend and I went in this morning for breakfast. We ordered our drinks along with our food. It took roughly 20 minutes just for us to get our drinks which we ordered hot cocoa, which it ended up being cold cocoa after approximately 40 minutes we then asked about our food which had been sitting and waiting Practically the whole time we were waiting upon finally receiving our food. It was cold, the sausage links, and the sausage patties, as well as the bacon looked like they had been cooked hours prior. My eggs were a little rubbery from sitting around for so long after informing the waitress of the poor food quality and that I couldn’t even eat anything on my plate. She then proceeded to yell at us with an attitude, letting us know that fine. We don’t have to pay our bill. The service was very terrible regardless of how much you hate your life and your job. Don’t take it out on a customer when they’re not even being rude to you because neither me nor my friend were rude in anyway When we informed the management, he clearly showed that he did not care. It was an all-around very terrible poor experience, especially considering it was the first time I’ve Bob Evans since I was a child many years ago when they still had the location on Center Road in those years, the quality of their restaurant has severely gone downhill and I highly recommend that no one eats there.

I don't normally write a review. But I had the best service yesterday that I've had from any restaurant in a while. Seems like kindness doesn't happen often but yesterday that changed. Walked in was greeted with kindness and my son and I got our food fast server was quick with the drinks and even was patient with my son after he spilled his apple juice. The manager I wanna say her name was Sharron or Shannon. She was the cheery on top. She asked us how the food was. My son goes (dad why you smile really big when she comes out? ) told him dont be silly. But anyway the service and food was top notch 22 out of 10 will go back.

Chicken did not taste fresh. The apples for the new apple pancakes tasted like cafeteria soggy apples. Disappointed in the portion size, online it shows so much more and Bob Evan’s should fix that. All staff were friendly.
