When did the boneless wings get to be little flaps of chicken? They used to be chunks and varied in size. The ones I received were all identical sized and tiny.

Ashley and Aleah (could be spelling that wrong - if so I’m sorry) at the carry out counter killed it tonight! We got take-out on a Thursday night and the kitchen got super backed up so they were extremely busy, but they were constantly running back and forth to the kitchen to check on orders and updating people as they walked in. I’m super pregnant and they were kind enough to notice, and grab me a chair so I didn’t have to stand without me even asking. So kind. The kindness of others far outweighs a messed up order, a long wait, etc. I’m sure people weren’t the nicest to them because of the long waits (not like they have any control over that) but I noticed and appreciated your effort and hard work. Thank you ladies ❤️

Not sure if they are leaving chicken on the counter to have quicker cooking times. But I ordered their deal with boneless wings and chicken tenders. I shared my order with a friend. They said the chicken was bad but thankfully didn't get sick. I ate the boneless wings and suffered diarrhea for a couple days afterwards. I would suggest not spending your money here if you want to maintain proper digestion health.

The only good thing I can say is the chicken is so fresh they still got feathers on em. Plucking the feathers off my chicken wings was a new experience for me. Chips and guac were disgusting sent them back and got a new batch that was just as bad. Kids got fries that were ice cold. The bathroom had poop all over and no soap to wash your hands. To go in and spend almost $100 I expected a decent experience. I will not be coming back and won't be shocked if this isn't the next place in Flint to close its doors. Awful experience all around.

Got the new bacon patty melt, it had great flavor although it was missing the sautéed onions that were supposed to be on it. Food was your regular BWW food. Our server never came back for refills another server had to get us our refills towards the end of our meal when we put our empty cups at the end of the table. Clean facility overall

placed a pickup order. get there to pick it up. food is sitting on the counter, next to the warmers that the guy checked and were EMPTY. guy says havent been there that long. i ask how long. guy looks at computer, says 10 minutes. get home, food was cold, fries dead. its trash that they make you put the tip in before you get there because then you basically reward them extra for garbage level service with no way to take the tip back.

Never went before and won’t go back once the deal is over. Only go for the 6 for $20 because it’s a quite a bit of mediocre food for the money but at least it’s priced at what it’s actually worth.
Also, I think it’s against policy for them to hire a cute girl behind the bar because it’s always a guy and the two guys they have, have personalities that remind me of drywall dust and have no idea what they’re doing. The one kid looked right at me as I was taking my last drink of beer so I assumed he’d bring me another one? Nope, he walks away from the bar into the kitchen for 5-10 mins why I sat there with no beer and then wondered why I only tipped him a $1. If I’m going to deal with bad service at least make them cute.

I work in the same Plaza as the restaurant. Occasionally, I'll order on the website and walk down to pick up on my break. Most times, there is either a long wait to pick up food that should be ready or there is something missing. This time I was missing my dipping sauce for my fried pickles. Last time, they added pico de gallo when I had requested it be removed. By the time they fixed it, the rest of my food was cold. Service needs to be better.
