I normally order from here every other day but today was different. my usual is a 10 or 20 piece all flat fried hard!!!.. today they accidentally switch my order because the box clearly said regular with me having fried hard as a regular I know the difference!!!!! I called to correct the situation and get oder redone not get my money back! But in return I was rudely spoke to hung up on all type of different behavior then they normally display it's safe to say they lost a loyal customer!!!! Not to discourage them wings dings are everything but hopefully u won't have to correct them because then it will become a problem customer service is trash all I wanted was FRIED HARD WINGS SMH SIMPLE
