Haven’t been able to get a shake from this specific one in almost 2 years. They say their machine is broke literally every single time so they’re either lazy af or they don’t even have a machine anymore at this point. Either way you’re definitely not getting one.

My co-worker and I go on Wednesday's for $1.00 Whoppers. We normally go to the Corunna rd location but their computer's were down so we went to this location. I called and asked if we could order inside they said no. So we had 2 seperate orders because we each have the app and they wouldn't let us do 2 seperate orders. They said I would have to drive back thru the drive thru which I did. So I've been in the drive thru over 15 minutes and I ordered my 1.00 Whopper and the guy that took my order was very nice this girl gets on the speaker and wont let me use my app even though she told me to drive back around because they don't do seperate orders. I didn't get my lunch and she was extremely rude I believe she said her name was Kara and she made sure to tell me that it was with a K because she wasn't scared. I've never had such an awful experience in my whole 41 years at any establishment ever. She threatened to call the police on me which I told her that was fine becauae I'm certain the police would be in agreement with me. I know the customer isn't always right but in this instance I truly was. I will never be going to this location and she needs a course in customer service asap. I would give zero stars but unfortunately you can't.

Like the first time I ate a wopper. Not sloppy, crisp lettuce and fresh tomatoes. Fast service also. Very happy with the experience.

I want to first state if the slowness has anything to due with short staffing due to covid I can understand that, but if not let me tell you?my bro just got out the hospital and wanted BK ( I got chinese take out) , I did not keep track of how long I was actually in the line, but I had enough time to eat the Chinese takeout let my stomach settle a bit then finish eating it, I scrolled through tik tok, I sent a text message, and I had enough time to write this review while sitting in line ?, I didn't push send till after I got the full experience, sometimes things are worth the wait the ladies were nice at the window and the food was good so it wasn't all bad

The worst managers in the world. The food is good though but the workers complain too much but i understand because there are days when the cook doesn't have a backline to assist them or sometimes they wont have a cashier to take orders so the manager and the cook have to do extra work so please be patient y'all because they're always understaffed between the hours of 4pm to 12pm on Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday night Monday morning.

Got there at 6:53 and waited was behind two vehicles. Took 10 minutes just for a worker to say “hi welcome to Burger King what can I get you today” to the first vehicle. Another 5 minute wait for the next vehicle in front of me and finally when it was my turn half way through my order the lady comes out and says her microphone is broken and to pull up to the window to order. Took another 10 minutes just to order then another 5 minutes afterwards to receive my food. Worst Burger King and fast food restaurant I ever went too.

If I could give no star I would. This place needs to update EVERYTHING or close its doors. Worst service every single time I go there. I refuse to any more. If its not one problem it's another. No wonder they cant get and keep good workers.

Very good fish sandwich. I prefer catfish bluegills and crappie but they make a good sandwich at BK. I love mustard and pickles on mine and they did a good job. It wasn't a little squirt of mustard and ONE tiny pickle on a big sandwich. They gave what i wanted.
