Well, I’m not surprised to see the rating at a 2.8 and that’s a 56% and that is failing. I sat at the drive-through for several minutes waiting to order. I saw two cars ahead of me. Nobody even acknowledged me. It was only 830 at night so I wasn’t sure what was going on. As I drove away there was a guy standing at the Drive-through window. At least have common courtesy to get on the speaker and say will be with you in a moment.

Why is this place still open? They operating hours change every night . Wait time is getting longer and the level of customer service has always been bad

The manager here (white gentleman with the ponytail) is one of the nicest people I've met. Always such a positive attitude and driving his team. You can tell he cares a lot about his work and takes pride in it. The staff here in general is usually so nice. My favorite BK location

New staff is nice and friendly. Waited for 20 mins for food that you can not eat because it’s old. Had 2 cars pull away behind me because the wait is so long. I understand being understaffed but there was 5 people on the front line and we still waited forever.

I ordered 3 cheeses totes and only got 2 . I also ordered halfese and I got 2 fries. I placed the order at 8:26pm and didn't get it till 9:49pm

Had to wait 30 minutes for an online order that i couldn't cancel. Only to be told the fries would take a little longer. Incompetent is a good wors to describe this place, and they single handedly convinced me to delete my account.

You might as well take that drive to Grand Blanc Burger King. 100 times better. I've given this one a few chances and always disappointed. Food quality is not good.

Lisa the manager out rageously disrespected me and lied and said I was trying to cut in front of people when all I said was can u ring me up for an ice cream! Never once asked to cut in front of anyone they was standing there making orders pretending they ain’t see all them people at the counter and I spoke up. She tried to lie and say I cut the two ladies that was by me and my son and even the ladies stuck up for me and said she was here first and she still carried it on! My son is autistic and she disrespected my son and threw him in it because of her frustration with having to drop hot meals when we come in
