Manager is rude. Black lady with blonde wig. Staff take order don’t say thank you have good day take orders just say pull around. Manager after you get your food at window & want to check it will say PULL UP you is ON OUR TIMER instead of can you please move up. IDGAF about yo timer I’m checking my stuff b4 I leave because if I have to come back then timer ain’t gone matter! Haven’t been to Burger King in a few years and that rude stuff made it my last time ever flint especially to this location and I’m never near the only other one we have. So if you have a mistaken food order or mix up will be asked to pull up or over for they timer. But timer isn’t my issue my order is !

Had my food delivered with DoorDash and they forgot some of my food so I call up there, with no attitude and respectfully tell them what they forgot and the manager told me they were gonna put me in the book. Then she decides to set the phone down somewhere and walk away for like 5 minutes. Whole time I can hear them in the back cussing, talking about customers, everything. Will be calling corporate soon.

The worker at the counter was extremely rude. She was snapping her gum, repeating "Will that complete your order?" after every item(4 sandwiches 2 wraps and 2 tots) and acting annoyed that she even had to take our order but was nice and rather flirty to the younger gentlemen that came in afterwards. There were two whole lettuce heart ends in our food, one in a wrap the other on a burger. And our two 8 piece tots only had 7 each.
