They didnt give us our drinks, tried to go back their door was locked and it was only 5:30pm. Tried knocking they yelled to go through drive thur but drive thru was a mile long. They also wouldn't answer their phone.

Got 3 large sized meals. Everything was hot, fresh, order was correct and there was ketchup and napkins in the bag!! Great, fast, friendly service and the food was on point.

The manager was rude and pushy. I hadn’t even been sitting at the podium for a full minute (checking to see if they have the same deals that I’d seen online) before she kept interrupting me to order. Mind you, I was the only one in the drive thru. I had politely acknowledged her the first 3 times, thinking she might be hard of hearing but she was unnecessarily rude the 4th time, saying that she was “on a timer”. Again, I’d barely been sitting there for 30 seconds and I’m pretty sure Burger King factors in the time it takes customers to look at the menu and decide on what they want. She acted as if I’d been sitting there for 5 whole minutes. Just rude and unprofessional.

Manager is rude. Black lady with blonde wig. Staff take order don’t say thank you have good day take orders just say pull around. Manager after you get your food at window & want to check it will say PULL UP you is ON OUR TIMER instead of can you please move up. IDGAF about yo timer I’m checking my stuff b4 I leave because if I have to come back then timer ain’t gone matter! Haven’t been to Burger King in a few years and that rude stuff made it my last time ever flint especially to this location and I’m never near the only other one we have. So if you have a mistaken food order or mix up will be asked to pull up or over for they timer. But timer isn’t my issue my order is !
