First thing you notice is how very clean it is. The baked goods are displayed so it is easy to make a choice. Service is polite, friendly, and efficient. The donuts are delicious!! Congratulations Carriage Town on a your new venture. I will be back over and over.

Excellent products, however, not a pleasant atmosphere with homeless hanging out inside as well as loitering in the parking lot. One of them today followed me outside after my purchase to my vehicle, they were holding on to a cloth tote trying to get me to purchase some used DVD's. Very much a turn off as a customer. I would gladly continue to support the business without the necessary added hassle. I will not return, I would rather drive the extra to Grand Blanc to Dawn Donuts.

A wonderful little cafe and bakery. It’s in a great spot, although the parking lot can be a tight squeeze. Really friendly staff. Delicious donuts and bagels, the drinks are tasty too. Definitely recommend.

We've watched this place from when Carriage Town 1st started construction. They have never disappointed.
I love their apple fritters. This past Wed i had a cherry swirl. Ohhh, was that good too. Husband likes their maple nutty.
I enjoy their hot cocoa. They also serve bagels, toasted w cream cheese. 🎉🎉

As someone who values flavor over sweetness, I was a bit disappointed. It's better than some other donut places. Very local regular guy donut place it seems. They have a smaller selection than other places. but they make sure what they have is good. I know donuts are generally a sweet dessert but it seems like most places over compensate with sugar.

Lady packing my donuts for me was all in her nose even with the gloves on. Really gross. Also the scenery of lots of people outside the building and inside the building asking for spare chance wasn’t appealing .

I stopped by here for the first time today, and I'll be going back! The folks behind the counter were bubbly with smiles on their faces, and the interior looked great and was super clean. If you like apple fritters (for a good price, too), go here!
TRY THESE DONUTS!!! I don't eat alot of sweets but when I do I want the best! These donuts are fresh and delicious and you can tell the difference quality ingredients make. I tried this when passing by and ordered a half dozen and they where so good I though about going back whenever the oputunity came about. Now it's got my vote for best donut/shop of the year. #1 FLINTOWN JEM!

After the donut shop near me closed I started looking for a new place. Decided to go here and get a dozen and had to get a Carmel Latte. Service was great and the person behind counter was a little green at making my Carmel Latte, but did a great job tasted great. Apple fritter is my favorite and was super happy to see that they had them. It was awesome, just right amount of crunchy just how I like them. If you’re looking for a great reasonably priced donut and coffee drink give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
