While the older lady behind the counter was a bit rude, I understand that people have a bad day sometimes. My order was rang up and prepared right away. There was no playing around in the kitchen, they simply started preparing the food. The chicken bites and fries were good (at another location the chicken are usually too hard). Overall, it's the best Rally's location that I've been to.

never been to this rallys in person but ive ordered from them about four times on doordash now and every. single. time. the order has been wrong. every time there is at least one item missing, the latest missing the burger. on top of that, they've given us long expired sauce cups in the past (im talking months out of date). while the food tastes good i would not recommend this location to anybody at all.

I ordered a spicy chicken double, with olives, bacon and jalapeños. I paid 2.50 for the extra toppings they didn't load on the sandwich... Why is this such a typical thing for fast food joints in Flint?
