This location is so slow. I placed a breakfast order got in line in plenty of time however they don’t move their traffic through. I have in the past waited over 23 minutes for my breakfast burrito to be made because they don’t have the chicken ready. why have chicken in your breakfast burrito if you’re not going to have it ready? Today I placed a breakfast order got there in plenty of time and I’m sitting there waiting because their line is completely backed up because they make people wait in front of the thing forming a long line instead of lining traffic
So I get up there and they tell me that it’s 1032 and I can’t have my breakfast
Not only did they charge my bank account for my breakfast. They told me it could take up to a week to get a refund, which is absolutely ridiculous. I got no food and money taken out of my account.
The staff were extremely rude, especially Hannah, the Manager and Darius
They don’t seem to know how to run this restaurant often or missing items. Truly, there are many better breakfast places I would skip this one. Their biscuits are completely dry the yeast ones.
Their breakfast burritos are good but it takes over 30 minutes to get them often or like today you can’t get them at all

First time coming here, what a nice place. Staff was very nice. I did like the kind of buns with the sandwich. The fries were different, good. Place was clean, if something dropped they were there to snatch it up right away.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I have eaten at chick-fil-a many times and usually enjoy their food. Today the chicken nuggets were dry and almost stringy as well as very salty. The waffle fries were only ok and seemed old, maybe. I was so looking forward to eating from here It's been quite a while since I've had a chance to stop by. I didn't even finish my food, I just threw it away. It will probably be quite a while before I return, sadly.

I had to wait a really long time for my food besides that the people that took care of my order were exceptionally nice. It looked like there were a bunch of kids in there, but they did a good job. My daughter likes the mini chicken biscuits and I like to order their fruit cups. This location is right off a highway so I definitely had expectations to wait for my food. My daughter wanted to stop here before we left the state so that tells you how much she loves Chick-fil-A. We weren’t sure if we would see another one.

Though I am happy to have a Chick Fil A near by, it isn't a real Chick Fil A. Have you eaten at a Chick Fil A in the south? Then you know what I mean. The woman working in the dining room was friendly and helpful. Brought the kids coloring sheets and crayons.
