This Chick-fil-A is one of a kind. In a very bad way. They consistently get orders wrong and are irritated when you ask them to fix it. How do you miss the Egg on a breakfast burrito? This location is messed up. They need new staff.
I don't think this place is worth the money at all. It's not that great. Way too expensive and doesn't taste that great. Last visit they forgot my daughters shake had to go back and get it it was just sitting on the counter melting. The people taking the order were very friendly but the ones giving you the food not so much. It cost me $50 for 4 people . Definitely not worth the price. ?

First time here, there was a long line in the drive thru but their system is pretty quick. Waited in line about 15 minutes I'd say. My chicken sandwich was delicious and fries were good, but not hot, just barely warm. Coke was good! I'd come back for sure!

they like to put everything in one bag, stuffing it completely full to the point where a single turn in your car spills everything. its a load of BS. use more bags you greedy ppl. and they like to give you hardly any sauce.
Pathetic, the order taker was so far ahead of the line I couldn't see the small menu let alone the big menu capable of reading from vehicles. I'm not familiar with their menu so that was difficult. Then my order was delivered without 2 of 3 wraps ordered. Didn't discover until home, No Phone number on receipt, run back to store it's closed. When finally get into store the following week, I speak with the manager, he promptly fetched me 2 wraps. That would have been nice when I was there the previous week. I wasn't there for the food, I don't live nearby and it was first chance to return. I wasn't impressed with the food, and the service was rushed, and incomplete. Manager albeit seemed capable, his response accurate, I don't recommend the coordinated organized ineptitude of mediocre food.

The people working are very friendly in general. Food is good. Only problem with this restaurant is the coke. They reformulate the fountain machines or something. The taste of coke went from great to horrible.

The Flint location is so unorganized ordered drinks and sat trapped in the drive thru for 20 min+ they walked by with our melting drinks more than one time and I finally realized it when we got all the way to the front for melted drinks and some woman acting like she didn't understand the words coming out of my mouth when I told her! When they have issues, they just let the person sit and block everyone in instead of moving them ahead out of the way! So ppl you already served are not trapped in line forever. Also, clearly, some of your employees need vehicle identification training, and if they keep bringing back the order after walking aimlessly with it, why is this not being addressed? Do better, getting melted cold expensive food sucks!
Hats off to this location and operator Greg Mc Kay. Great service team working 20Nov24 at 1:42pm. Everyone was friendly. Food was great!
