We have a family of five and our waitress is named Destiny she was incredibly sweet and made sure we had everything we needed quickly. We never ran out of drinks and she checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Wonderful service from her. She was handling three large tables and kept up with all of us.

I ordered the triple dipper with honey chipotle chicken tenders, southwest egg rolls and fried mozzarella. My husband had a bacon rancher burger that was massive! Everything was amazing and great service by Nathan. Highly recommend and yes the fried mozzarella has the best cheese pull ever! I wish I would’ve taken photos!
Came for the Nashville hot cheesesticks. Didn't disappoint.

I was never in love with chilis, but if I had been I would have fallen OUT of love this afternoon.
The staff were delightful, so I real complaints there. The restaurant smelled like natural gas for some reason and the food was... Meh. Macaroni and cheese way too overcooked and the chicken in the nachos more like sawdust than anything. Especially considering the price.
Will not be patronizing a chilis again anytime soon.

We were on a bus trip and had reservations at the eatery next door. When we got there they could not accommodate us. Our tour guide went next door to chili’s and spoke with the manager he was able to accommodate all 28 of us. Service was great. Food was delicious. Big thanks to the staff for all the extra work for this unexpected large group.

Doesn’t serve coffee period. How does a restaurant not serve coffee? Well that’s one way to run yourself out of business. Coffee is essential for any decent restaurant. I’ve had much better quesadillas made at home. $16 dollars for a quesadilla that tasted like it was picked off the floor. I’m not sure how this franchise stays open and I’m sure it won’t be long. The atmosphere fits the name because it was so chilly I had to leave my coat on over my sweater. Will never return. Absolute garbage.
