Spend your money elsewhere. This place is disgusting. Dirty, a nasty sewage smell that permeates the air. Sticky floors and tables. Don't get the ice in your drinks, you never know what's spilled in it. Silverware is always dirty so get plastic if you do dine in. Good luck hope you don't get sick. If you do eat there and get violently ill you can rest assured it's from eating at Chili's. Wish we could give zero stars. Management is terrible. Corporate should do something about this nasty place. Hopefully the health department shuts them down.

Burger was delicious, staff was friendly, Restaurant was clean. Plenty of TV in bar to watch all the sports. Sat at bar top and Destini was great. Manager Sherrow came out of kitchen to check on my meal. Overall a great experience.

Long wait to get service. Rude staff. The only nice one was the hostess. The food took forever and was cold, everything except the fries. I used to come one or two times per week but over the last month maybe two it's gone way down. The resturant used to be clean now it's nasty. It even smells bad. I even saw servers smoking on vapes in the resturant. Management could care less. Applebee's does a $10.99 burger just as good as you guys and better drinks without the rude staff rolling their eyes whenever you ask for something. Even the chips and salsa went downhill. All we got were greasy broken up chips and super watery salsa.

I used to love chili's. But you lost a loyal customer. I know the workers are doing the best they can but this place is a dumpster fire. The management here is appalling. Corporate need to step in and do something because the current management is running this business to the ground. There is a nasty sewage smell through the hall and the bathroom as well as the Togo area. The place is dirty. Nasty dishes next to the computers, dirty tables everywhere. Not to mention being sat and waiting over 15 minutes to get service. Then we only saw our waitress one other time. Other people brought our drinks our food our to go boxes. We seen a manager walking around and normally a manager will come around and ask how everything is going. However this manager who is a person of color was only going up to the colored tables and giving them attention laughing joking and such and walked right on by our table. My partner said excuse me and he pretended not to hear and walked right on by never once acknowledged us. Management do better.

Horrible experience. Tried calling to place a Togo and was hung up on several times after telling me please hold. Decided to go in and the Togo girl was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he was to busy. I did see an African American guy in a button down but he was playing on his phone as he walked by and instead of engaging with me he walked quickly through the kitchen to what I assume was the back of the kitchen. So I left. Management here is a joke. I ll spend my money elsewhere. To many good restaurants on Miller Rd.

We went for dinner, and ordered way more food than we should have. All of it was good. I got the $10 special, wow it was a lot of food, I couldn't stop eating. I forget, but something my wife ordered they didn't have, hence the reason for 4 stars.. But the service, food, and atmosphere was great. We will be back..

Management does not know how to run a full house. Please fire the skinny young male manager. We placed a reservation a half hour before coming in like they asked. Upon arrival it was a full house with enough people in the lobby to creat a fire hazard. We were told it would only be another 20 minutes because we already placed a reservation prior to arrival. After standing there for over an hour and asking the hostess what was going on we finally asked for the manager. This guy is spineless, scared, passive and wouldn’t even come talk to us. He slowly walked to the corner of the floor and hid behind a hostess that was a foot shorter and 5 years younger than him. Once we figured out that he was the manager and approached him about the situation we were asked to leave. Don’t waste your time, energy or money. Someone from corporate needs to come in and assess the store and make some changes. This was my first and last time dining at a chilis. Glad I didn’t get to the food. But Red Robin next door was stellar!

If I could give them 0 stars I would . I ordered from them online . Someone stole my order . They lied about it on the phone . They never would just admit what would happen . How I found out was we over heard another staff member complaining about my daughter getting a little snotty on the phone . Little did they know I knew word for word what she said cause I was on FaceTime with my son who was in the car with her . Never get to go , door dash any to go from this place . Last time we got a quarter of our order and everything was wrong . There incompetent. The manager on 1-11-25 at 7:25 is a liar . Get better . We work for our money in this community . Looks like your stars are already horrible .

Went last Monday and only 5 tables. We waited 20 minutes just to order drinks only after asking 2 times for the waitress. Other everything at once. Took 10 minutes for drinks 15 for cold apps and then after another 30 minutes was told waiting for fresh fries so when we got our meals they were cold apps. My son ordered a beer and took over 30 minutes to get. Spent $75 plus tip but will not be back
