Had our sibling lunch here on Sunday, March 10th. Reservations were called in the day before, but staff that met us at the door knew nothing about it. However, they were super quick at getting tables set for the 12 of us. Our server did a great job, and the food was good. I will definitely return. I only give 4 stars because of the reservation issue.

Waited a while to be seated with nobody else in line and open tables around. After being seated, we waited for a full 10 minutes. Nobody took our drink orders and frankly, nobody even said hi to us. Multiple employees passed us without any form of interaction at all.

Terrible service, every single thing except for an order of fries was cold. Fajitas/rice were burnt to the cast iron Kind of ridiculous for a $80 plus bill and every item to be cold when Leo's Coney Island would have served me everything fresh and hot for half the price.

This was my 2nd visit to Chili's in Flint, MI. It will also be my last to this location. Upon entering the restaurant, my husband and I observed 3 employees standing at the hostess desk. Talking... About another employee that was a no call no show... 2 more employees were either waiting or cleaning tables. Every one of them saw us standing there. Nobody greeted us. Nobody made a move to seat us! Not even one employee made any move to do anything other than to continue talking about the man losing his job! After 2 minutes of us standing there, all FIVE employees turned around and scattered to the winds and left us standing there! Finally, the bartender came to seat us, but upon seating us, it took her 5 minutes to come back and inquire as to what we wanted to drink! When we finally got our drinks and ordered our food, it took a while to get our food. When our fajitas were brought out, which we were sharing, there weren't any plates for us to eat from. We had to unfold napkins to place our tortillas on. As stated previously, we will not be back!

Had never been there; would definitely go back. Jaime was our waitress, we met 2 managers. They were attentive, willing to help and make things right. The food was really good, had the grilled chicken sandwich; salsa and chips; cheese cake; and the portions are really generous. The place was clean, even the bathroom. All in all, an excellent experience.BTW...it was a party of 12Dietary restrictions: One in our party was concerned about cross contamination. She was put at ease when she was assured that they never use the same grill for different kinds of food. She had no issues with her food. Good job

Order via DoorDash. Might as well are dirt. Now I just found out they have chipotle bowls. I tried one months back and it was so delicious better than Chipotle! So I order today. All I received was corn, cilantro, Lettuce, chicken, tortilla strips, and rice….a small slice of avocado, no sauce, cheese, or Pico de gallo. My daughter big mouth bites are dry as hell, with no ranch to dip. Do better. How are you not of knowing what comes in your bowls. For $18 a pop that’s shameful. But it’s cool DoorDash gave me my money back. Pay your staff more and train them better.

Only went to this location because Red Robbin was completely packed. So we thought we would give Chili’s a try. I have no idea why you would make the bartender wait tables, and only saw him twice the whole night. Took almost 30 minutes before we were waited on to get a drink order, then it took another 20 minutes for him to finally take our food order. Never saw him after that. Food was subpar , overall service was terrible, saw a lot of standing around from other workers just talking to themselves. All other tables had better service than us. Never got any refills, but no one ever came till the end. Will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone especially after a table of 4 spent over $100 and got service like that.
