Worst management I have ever seen. No one knee what they were doing. Always out of toppings, most likely due to the terrible management and no one saying they are getting low until it’s completely out. Also had to wait 10 minutes for two sides of queso when the queso was full.

So about a year ago I ate here and got very very sick. Now I don't 100% believe it was the food that made me sick but it was the last thing that I ate. So I haven't been back in very very long time. So I finally felt like giving it a try again. So I pulled in when the big sign out front says open till 11:00. But then when I come up to the door it's at and very small print only open till 8:00 p.m. tonight. Now is about quarter after 7:00 so should be good. So I go to order and the person behind the counter first off says hold on a minute she was about a third of the way of cleaning off the whole counter and she continued cleaning the rest of the 2/3 so I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes waiting for her to finish. Then she came to get my order I placed started placing my order and she said oh we're out of that. And I said okay well then then I'll take chicken instead she said oh we only have an amount for one order for the chicken. And then she went on to tell me about a half dozen things that they were all out of. This is ridiculous. You running a restaurant you should have food at your restaurant. They just were for whatever reason an hour before closing not going to make any more food. So I will never go to Chipotle again. I got sick there and then when I try and come back they don't even have any food. I left and went to Qdoba they took my order right away they got my food right away they had everything I wanted and I didn't get sick. Qdoba is by far the better choice between these two

Out of all the locations in Michigan, this by far has to be one of the worst, recently went in to order a bowl after not eating here for over a year due to the horrible customer service they usually have here, so I order a Barbacoa bowl and my girl gets a chicken bowl, go to checkout and the lady at the counter is trying to charge me 4$ extra for a brisket bowl, so I explain to her that I didn’t ask for that, she rudely reply’s that it’s my fault since I watched her put it into my bowl, I go to tell her that brisket and barbacoa are both beef and look very similar so I wasn’t able to tell if that was brisket or barbacoa that she put into my bowl, so she continues to argue with me about it until another worker has to tell her to just remake my food, then as we go to pay again for the correct items we noticed that she didn’t label either of our bowls that she put in the bag, so we ask that she can double check and show us what’s in them and she once again gets irritated and made a big deal about it just to take the lid off the bowl and shows us another incorrect bowl that we didn’t order, I just don’t understand how these people get hired, on top of all that we were literally the only customers in the restaurant and the workers stood around talking while we waited to get to pay for food at the end after they finally got it right.

Every time I go to this location they are constantly out of items, either it be lettuce, veggies, guacamole, or meat. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Very Happy

Paid $60 for 3 meals and drinks. All were missing items, which is something that seems to happen repeatedly at this location. Food tasted stale, the brisket was basically grissel and fat. Chips were overly salted and stale. For the quesadilla, the tortilla was stale, meat was chewy full of grissel. Instead of them giving you the extra meat you pay for, you get the same amount with much less rice. For the bowl chicken was fatty and flavorless. Called them to complain and I was put on hold and then recieved an automated message saying that they were closing. SMH Run don't walk from this location! I'll be calling their corporate office, this location had been slacking long enough.

This is the 3rd time we’ve tried to eat here and they have no vinegarette for there salads and they run out of shredded cheese for there salads during lunch horrible service . Don’t recommend going here anymore!

Chipotle, when you do have all the ingredients it’s good. However every time I come here I get the veggie salad, they never have veggies cooked, no dressing. I know it get chaotic in there but a couple more employees need to be in back to catch up on things. Very disorganized.

They open the restaurant 10 mins late. Why is it that this chipotle gets away with these things? They are rude, mess up orders, still haven’t figured out how to toss the chips so that the seasoning gets spread out and open late. Who is the manager here?? Morale always seems very low at this one. Any other chipotle I go to has great service and does things right. They can’t even mix the cilantro up in the rice so you can actually get some on your plate at the flint one. Been like this forever. Given it’s the only chipotle within an hour here I really wish they could operate at a more professional level.

*Response to Owners comment*- As stated in this review, which you clearly didn't read, I don't want your help or a free chips and queso to make me feel better. I want you to provide better training to your team. Charging $40 for a messed up order, with multiple mistakes made on different entrees that YOUR team made incorrectly, has poor leadership/training all over it. Do better.

Spent $40 on a bowl, burrito, chips and queso...
First, $8.20 for a nearly empty bag of chips is insane. I'd get more chips in a bag going to the gas station and getting one of them small bags for $1.50. I'm way shocked by that. Imagine getting a large fry at Mcdonalds and they give you the large fry case with a small fry serving... That's what we were given.

Second, both orders were wrong. We did the online order and both burritos and bowl were created incorrectly. I mean, I get reading a screen can be hard sometimes but yikes. Then, you complain on the app and they give you free chips on your next order. You think I'm going to be going here again?? How about you keep your free chips, stop charging $40 dollars for messed up orders, and get your employees some training. Damn Chipotle. Start using some of that $18 for a burrito and teach someone how to make one.

Literally the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Save yourself the time and go to Grand Blanc. Don’t think you’re saving time by going to Flint. Flint will have you waiting in line for 30 minutes only to tell you they don’t have food. Absolutely a Joke. Never fail to disappoint! Flop of a business and the owners should be ashamed. This location was good, but has started going down hill a little over a year ago! It’s disappointing.
