Man I believe this place has gone downhill, I’ve grown tired of hard, undercooked rice, I got a bowl last night and I couldn’t even eat 90 percent of the rice because it was like they took the uncooked rice straight out of the box or bag and put it in my bowl, extremely hard and nasty and this ain’t the first time I’ve had an uncooked rice bowl from them, won’t be eating at Chipotle ever again

Great burrito bowl once again. They were out of Barbacoa... told me 10 minutes.. I waited. It was worth it! This location was very busy this evening. I grabbed some chips as well. If you like guacamole, this is the place to get it.

I just had to walk out of this chipotle after they dished up mine and my brothers bowls. First I ordered a bowl with white rice. The bin with the rice was barely enough for half a bowl and the young lady dished it up trying to get every grain of rice and then asked me what protein I wanted. I asked if I could wait till the next batch of rice was ready. My brother order a bowl with brown rice and was given the same half bowl amount. The she proceeded to give my brother half a scoop of chicken. We walked out because I was not gonna pay $20-$25 for this subpar food. Usually this location is good about portions and making sure the food is as fresh as can be. Today was a disappointment.

First; this isn’t an issue with this chipotle alone but all of them - but this isn’t the Chipotle you remember. Skimpy portions, poor service, and higher prices than ever.

This is by far, the worst Chipotle location around. Avoid it if you can. They are always out of something, usually several things. I cannot remember the last time they've actually had Fajita Peppers. The service is usually mediocre on a their best days. If you decide to order through the app, you can expect half the portion sizes as opposed to ordering through the line. I've stayed away from this location for over a year due to these issues and decided to try it one last time today. Ordered through to app due to time constraints as going inside is never a good idea since the line is usually out the door. Picked up my order to find that once again no Fajita Peppers and very little Corn Salsa to go with about half the portions or rice, beans and meat I normally get from other locations. Never going back to this location again.

The service was good but the crew was loud. The nacho chips were double over salted. The food was decent but the restaurant was filthy. The floor was littered with food, trash and hadn't been swepted or moped in what looked like 2 days or more. We ate out doors and luckily we had wipes to clean off our table, only to find out that the table hadn't been wiped in days, our wipe was black with dirt and grim. Food was good but this is a filthy restaurant. Be sure and bring your own wipes if you're planning on dining on premises. Be prepared for very loud personal conversations from the crew.
