UPDATE: I'm not happy. I can only say I concur with the recent reviews. The portions are not normal "Chipotle" sized. The crew at this location is slow, unfriendly, and act scared. This has got to be a management issue. I worked and retired from the service industry as a manager and I can tell you these employees are not happy. If it's not management then they all need to be retrained, immediately.OLD REVIEW FROM OVER A YEAR AGO: Everytime I'm here, I'm happy.The cook even engaged in brief conversation.

Pretty sure this place is ran by AI bots who hate their lives and jobs. I ordered a veggie bowl and they had no veggies ??♀️The line was to the door, the line servers were slow as molasses. I thought I was at the zootopia DMV for a moment. If they displayed any ammount of urgency the line would be gone. The employees seem dazed and lost as though they were still buffering.?If you enter this chipotle, be aware you may enter the twight zone. ?

Had my plant based meal today, it was fresh and they were topping up the food frequently as it is a very busy store. The service was fast and had a easy communication on what I need. Atmosphere could have been better, they can decrease the volume of the music as it was too loud and Noone cleans the table , so it looked messy.

The food was good and easy to order. Just sad that at 4PM, they were out of steak and guacamole. Also felt that charging extra for cheese was not appropriate. My group of five were dine in. The seats were not comfortable.

Food was just so so. Upcharge for the tiniest bit of queso and guacamole they were out of at 5pm. Can get much more and better food at that price elsewhere. Staff was friendly, restaurant was small and cramped and the bathrooms needed a really good cleaning. I'll stick with

Went for dinner, employee was more concerned with who was walking in the door, than getting our food. Then the end of the line miss marked the containers and when we got home we didn't get the right stuff. We paid 44.00 for my husband not to be able to eat dinner. Nothing more annoying.

I hate writing this but they NEVER get my mobile order right. It's happened 5 times. After the 4th time I called and complained. Went in after, hoping they would get it right and they did not. Every single time they've not added the veggies, even when I ask for extra and then other times, in addition to the missing veggies they've forgotten the avacado or something else. Why?? For as much as this food is, please pay attention and get it right.

Uncomfortable, but then, again, I don’t believe they truly want you to stay and be comfortable. They are also definitely pricey given the amount of food you receive. I would probably eat here more if it was more comfortable, and the prices were a bit better.
