Despite the initial confusion on the first visit, the drinks are worth returning for, with a wide range of options to explore.
The staff are always friendly and even point out which drinks have coffee in them to divert children who don't know. Customers have tried several different drinks and are often highly satisfied. The only negative aspects mentioned are the lack of a bathroom for customers, and one employee who tends to make drinks wrong, though they are still very friendly. The Banana Jam is a personal favorite. Overall, CoCoMo Bubble Tea Kearsley is an interesting place, especially for kids who love the bubble tea, though it can be considered expensive for a special treat.
