CoCoMo Bubble Tea Kearsley

We don't go here often but we enjoy it every time. They were a bit busy today. Felt bad for the only one worker. But thankfully all the customers while we were they, were super nice and patient.

Love their bubble tea!! Dirty sodas are 100% every. single. time.

Our teas were good lady was very nice was 16 bucks for one small and large

Good , not better then The one that was in Genesee Valley mall that moved to Frankenmuth but still the best one around.

The staff are always friendly and even point out which drinks have coffee in them to divert children who don't know. I've tried several different drinks and 9/10 times I leave highly satisfied. The only negative things I could mention are that there isn't a bathroom for customers, which is a minor thing not worth getting upset over, and that there is one employee who tends to make drinks wrong every time they work, though I don't think it's intentional and they are still very friendly.

That aside, I recommend the Banana Jam as my personal favorite. Try this place out sometime!

Interesting place. The kids loved the bubble tea. Expensive but nice for a special treat. The hugest drawback, I'm a grandmother almost 70 years old and by the time we arrived I had to use the restroom. They have no restroom! Had to put the kids back in the car and go to McDonald's to use the restroom.

Staff was extremely nice and service was great! 🤩 We absolutely loved our bubble tea! 🥳

I went there got ice cream and some my mochi balls and got home to find that the mochi balls were expired (2023). I took them back to the store. The clerk told me that I could grab some different ones. Unfortunately, I went through the entire stock and each, and every mochi was expired by two years. The clerk said they couldn’t do anything about it, not even remove the products from the freezer. They didn’t have a phone number so that I could talk to a manager. They wouldn’t even give me my money back. It just makes me think about all of the powders that they keep on the shelf. Are those expired as well by two years?

Best bubble tea spot in the area! They're locally owned and the staff is super sweet! I try something different everytike I come here its a great place to stop for a sweet treat!

The drinks were great but the customer sevice was terrible they stared at us and acted weird the whole time the short lady was rude

2nd time trying cocomo and will now only go to the mall to have it!!! Went to this one and the owner made our drinks and they were so watery and she was kinda rude!! The people in front of us got there order and she messed up on one and didn’t even care to fix it! The mall only it will be from here on out!! Drinks at the mall are so thick and full of flavor!

How does a walk in place with seating NOT have a restroom? We were going to order 4 beverages but this changed our minds completely
