We don't go here often but we enjoy it every time. They were a bit busy today. Felt bad for the only one worker. But thankfully all the customers while we were they, were super nice and patient.
The staff are always friendly and even point out which drinks have coffee in them to divert children who don't know. I've tried several different drinks and 9/10 times I leave highly satisfied. The only negative things I could mention are that there isn't a bathroom for customers, which is a minor thing not worth getting upset over, and that there is one employee who tends to make drinks wrong every time they work, though I don't think it's intentional...
Interesting place. The kids loved the bubble tea. Expensive but nice for a special treat. The hugest drawback, I'm a grandmother almost 70 years old and by the time we arrived I had to use the restroom. They have no restroom! Had to put the kids back in the car and go to McDonald's to use the restroom.
