Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It's been a while since we last visited Cracker Barrel, we are not regulars but every once in a while we have a craving for an old country style breakfast. While we have always had a good or neutral experience, today's was exceptional primarily due to the excellent and friendly service we received from our server Quentin. He is exactly what our workforce needs to remain competitive in the world today. It may sound trivial but as someone who has worked with the general public for 40 years, it's no small matter to satisfy and please the sometimes unreasonable demands people have. The type of service we received today from Quentin gives me hope that all is not lost in the service industry. Cracker Barrel is fortunate to have Quentin as part of their team. Thanks!

we had a great Breakfast here yesterday morning, great service, love to do some shopping while there.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Where to start? How about my 5 yo spilling his drink all over his seat and the floor. My husband had to change the chair himself because no one noticed. The spill stayed there, never being cleaned off the floor, the whole time we ate. Was still there after we left. We were located next to the kitchen, so to let this hazard go without a care is negligence to say the least.

Every waitress is worried about her phone more than customers. Sad excuse for a restaurant this one is. Look at the tapes from 11/24 around 12-1 pm. You’ll see it 🙄😆

Ordered online. Our order was confirmed. Upon pickup, we were informed they did not have our whole pie, the main item in our order. The staff had us wait until long after our white cheddar bites were cold, then were ultimately unwilling to refund our money for the pie we never received. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Whether its breakfast with just my husband, & daughter's or SIL's (at different times) its always a good time. Even if its getting Thanksgiving dinner ready to warm up at home for my family of 10, its worth it.

We ordered carryout for Thanksgiving. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, everything was well organized. Most importantly, each employee was super friendly and efficient! The food, of course was very delicious!

I am out of town & ordered a Thanksgiving meal to be delivered to my mom. There was a catering/delivery issue where she only received the pie. I called the store and spoke to the kindest person, Mr Gibbons who personally went out of his way to deliver the meal to my mom. Thank you is not enough! You went above and beyond and it is so appreciated it!!

We ordered curbside, it took a while to get our food brought out to us. The food was GREAT! I ordered the grilled chicken with corn & mash potatoes & gravy (real potatoes). The buttermilk biscuits always hit. Inexpensive and fresh.

I called ahead to ask if they could accommodate a big group without much notice, and they said come on in! They took care of our group of 35 very well. We had a few bumps, but it was a massive group and they fixed every issue that came up. The food was great, the staff was great, and we had a great time.
