Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The restaurant was clean there was no waiting to be seated. Our server was outstanding along with the food. I had the pot roast which was fantastic and my guest had fried catfish which was equally good. I’m visiting from Florida and I would definitely recommend the Flint Mich location.

Called multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone. Horrible customer service. Decided to go elsewhere due to the lack of customer service.

I would not recommend the Cracker Barrel on Pier North Boulevard in Flint. We had to wait over an hour for our food. Our server kept apologizing. We had avoided this location for years because of the same type of problem. I can tell you we will never go back there again. Their kitchen staff is horrible.

chicken and Dumplings a favorite was so loaded with pepper it was hard to eat, even for someone who like pepper. It will be awhile before we go back. If we wanted that much pepper added to our food, they have pepper shakers on the tables. When asked how we enjoyed our food and we commented on the amount of pepper in the chicken and dumplings we were just told sorry you didn't enjoy it, no offer for food replacement.

Manager please hired a professional chef, i find my pancake not well done cook, doughy, hired a professional who clean bathroom well too, if people see dirty bathroom then the kitchen is dirty too, health hazardous warning ⚠️

Food was way below standards..... dumpling was raw dough...old burnt greens etc.....waitress did not know dishes to describe them to us....was upset we asked for vinegar.....my husband went to restroom and others said to him it was filthy. Needless to say it was NOT our
Cracker Barrel of the past.
Will not return there. (Should have known....Friday night and a half full parking lot!! 😜

The waitstaff was prompt with salutations and taking our order. Some food received had to be sent back due to being the wrong item or cold. We had 2 orders of plain hashbrowns and received hashbrown casserole for both instead, which was rectified and an upcharge. I ordered mashed potatoes, received cold unseasoned mashed potatoes (butter would not even melt). Sent them back, the substitute was also cold. I did not eat them nor was I credited for them. Only received the orders of biscuits when leaving, and after I notified the server of the deficiency. The room was very dusty.

Service was excellent food was good except I wasn't able to get the food I wanted and ordered our waitress was not informed by the cooks that they did not have what I ordered until she was bringing out everyone else's food so I was very limited on what to choose so I could eat with everyone else I could have chose something I would have wanted but then I would not have eaten until everyone else was done. I feel the kitchen staff should have informed the waitstaff as soon as they knew this meal wasn't available

It was terrible. We sat for over half hour before we were told that our order was just put in. The food was cold. When I paid at the register, I presented a $10.00 off coupon and was told it was applied. When I got home I saw it was not applied. Our waitress never came back to check on us. We had to go to the receptionist to ask for the bill

Disappointed beyond belief. Blueberry pancakes were below average. Waitress was new and confused. Big up charges on baked potatoes. Take out order took forever and items missing. Yet another place I’ll never go back too!

There was dirty dishes almost on every table on both sides of restaurant. Our food took over 25 minutes to come out and was cold. Not happy with our last visit.
