It's a super busy place. Centrally located on Miller Rd a main Rd in the city. The food is always good though with consistent quality and pricing. There is plenty of parking, seating (indoor & outdoor), and you can get in and out easily. The service is mostly good; friendly and fast. Culver's as a whole is a little more expensive than some burger / ice cream chains but you pay for the quality which I'll happily do. This particular one is a favorite of mine because I can do so much else before or after. Get beauty treatments or go shopping. Hotels are nearby also.

We ask for salt and pepper and all the condiments, they didn't put anything but ketchup. Everytime we go through the drive though they get it wrong.

I need to share that my wife and I had a very good experience today for lunch. An employee was on her way in from running food out and held the door open for us. As soon as we walked we were met with big smiles and a kind welcome. A number of places these days are a little rude and service is lacking. It was such a nice experience today thank you!!
The service has been going steadily down hill. This is the only Culver's I have been to which has had poor service. I will upgrade if the service can go back to the way it was. I am not sure if it is a different manager or what, it this location used to be so much better. The quality of service is just not the same in the last 4 times I been here. Tonight the service was abysmal. A lot of the workers up front were standing around. The worker I had just did not care. Our food came out wrong and the supervisor/manager is in his office instead of doing quality control. Inside was not as clean as it should be. If service goes back up, my rating will. But like I said, this is the ONLY Culver's I have been to with bad service. Such a shame this is the one closest to where I live.
