I need to share that my wife and I had a very good experience today for lunch. An employee was on her way in from running food out and held the door open for us. As soon as we walked we were met with big smiles and a kind welcome. A number of places these days are a little rude and service is lacking. It was such a nice experience today thank you!!

The service has been going steadily down hill. This is the only Culver's I have been to which has had poor service. I will upgrade if the service can go back to the way it was. I am not sure if it is a different manager or what, it this location used to be so much better. The quality of service is just not the same in the last 4 times I been here. I'll usually come here to only grab a concrete mixer, but every time I do, the employees never fail to be chipper. I'm usually asked about my day, have a quick conversation, and they send me away with my ice cream rather quickly!
