If you need herbs, vitamins, supplements or anything health food related this is a place worth going. The staff is great and knowledgeable, and if they don't have an answer they help you find it. There is usually a few different brands of most things so you should be able to find what you are looking for.There is a great selection essential oils, soaps, creams and other products of this nature.The prices are reasonable as these types of items are not cheap to begin with.The little restaurant in the back has smoothies and healthy food. Definitely not a typical fast food place.

The cutesy cheerleader type at the deli acted like she was disgusted and annoyed that an old bald-headed guy like me even existed, let alone she needed to wait on him. This happened on more than one occasion. I won't be back

Nearly exhaustive selection of supplements (they've always had anything I've asked for), with pleasant, knowledgeable employees to assist with questions. First rate recipes for a variety of ready to eat deli foods, with fresh-pressed juice available. Grocery area also has good assortment for its small size. Well-established, quality business.
I wish i could reply to reviews... but rea harris, you are so off base! Not to mention the fact that there is a diverse staff here , but i have NEVER seen what shes described and is just looking to be a victim for no reason! Good food and the only place I can find a Guru energy drink!

Great place to get some healthy food and alternative medicine. But if you not a certain type of Caucasian person or non Caucasian person. The employees stare and follow you the entire time you in the store. It's sad that in this year I have to look up at the manager looking at me waiting to see if I'm going to check out or not. But other than that. Great place!!!

-1 star bc pricey. Wish this store was bigger. Everything is natural/organic. Carrying products I can usually only find at Whole Foods or Amazon. LOTS of different clean brands.Small fresh veggie/fruit stand. Couple of freezers. Couple aisles of dry goods. Baby, women's, and men's products. Laundry, cleaning, and dog products. Supplements. Deli market in the back corner. And a special order station in the front corner.

Place is expensive and the staff well let’s just say they are not intelligent. I order online now where I don’t get ripped off with high prices. Also ordered premade food and sharp plastic pieces were in the food. They didn’t replace the meal cause they never answer the phone.
