To start .. I ordered online.. noticed the app changed my customs.. so I try to call.. rings for 6 mins.. so I hang up and try again... 4 mins. Then get put on hold.. so i drive up there still on hold as I reach the counter.. most illiterate person taking orders.. 20 mins to take 1 order.. nah.. ridiculous.. so I get a dude which was cool.. fixed my order.. I came back 20 mins later.. they lost my order.. so I ask why the app says my pizza isnt done then.. so they say they didn't have chicken.. so why push numbers on the app then??? So as they are explaining.. the lady start making someone's sub.. like really.. I'm pretty sure they get pushed .. I don't go to the back of the line like I jus ordered.. I can't believe they were gonna prepare the order and not Mine, with it sitting right there ready to sauce up.. like the dude there tonight 12/8/25 @ 1045 ish.. Great worker.. those other 2 ladies.. driver and the older lady working the bread need new jobs.. or join ssi

After paying for my food and waiting over a hour to find out it was never put in the oven, I was told it was somehow my fault and the employees had no fault of their own in taking my order, taking my payment, and never firing my food. Ill be speaking to corporate in the morning.
Edit; after trying to order again through the app they just instantly cancel it. Real great employees here, gonna take the business far.

Lol they banned me from ordering here for lieing to my face in person about my pizza being done in ten minutes when I already waited 40 I am now banned for leaving this honest review I'll be contacting corporate that's if they even issue the refund I'm owed
I ordered my food at 11 and watched the tracker I left after 30 minutes to get the food they looked busy so I waited to walk in mabey even 5 minutes when I went in I was billed off my card that won't be fully refunded for a few business days now but they said 10 more minutes and billed me I sat outside for over ten minutes then went back in to ask the other worker informed me my food had not even been started yet but she could start making it worst fast pizza service I've gotten ever
the one on Ballenger and Miller isn't any better burnt or under cooked food there so I'd go to Fenton rd till this we didn't get any dinner tonight after paying ahead waiting and planing to have this for my house ruined dinner by after midnight everything is closed she said the other worker that told me 10 minutes and didn't even start my food had a long day and didn't know better figures I could of told her she don't know better myself
Personally after not even starting my food for a hour they should have comped it for my time less then 20$
The one on Ballenger turned off the open sign early and pretended to lose contact on call when trying to play a order when going into the build door not locked they pretended the computer was glitching to avoid work dominos use to be the fast frash pizza place but I guess you get pre made little Caesars or something slow anymore

This is the third time I've had an issue like this, and I'm done. The food is hit and miss, sometimes it's great and sometimes it's like the cardboard we all used to know Domino's as. That's whatever, it's pizza. My issue is that they can't ever seem to adequately staff their store and cannot use ANY common sense. Sending orders far away and passing the close customer first just because they ordered first. I get it, BUT. My food was guaranteed to be cold by the time it got here, and she chose to argue and get snotty with me instead of simply cancelling my order like I asked. NEVER AGAIN. This is at least the third time I've had issues with this location and I'm FED UP. We're talking a 2 year timeframe and I've only placed maybe 10 orders

Ordered a steak sub with no provolone cheese just American and the worker claimed it’s burnt because I didn’t get the provolone and it’s barely no steak !! And it’s no onions or peppers !! Just bread and burnt ash steak and cheese ! This is unacceptable!!! If you don’t like your job or can’t make a sub/ pizza correctly find another job !! Don’t take it out on a customer I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t eat this ! Won’t be ordering from here ever again !

Over an hour wait for delivery guaranteed, even if you lived across the street. Order accuracy is terrible, impossible to get someone on the phone. It really seems like they just don't give a shit, make whatever, send it out, who cares if it's wrong. The worst dominos pizza chain by far. Go anywhere else, even a different dominos.

Took almost 2 hours to get cold food. ALWAYS takes forever for delivery never even warm. My driver was very nice.
