It took them over 1 hour to deliver my pizza. I made a mistake and ordered from Pierson rd. I always get from Ballenger hwy. The pizza was terrible! It tasted gross. It was to be a garlic Parmesan stuffed crust and topping. Well there was no garlic anything. The order was all wrong. I’ll never order from them again. I do not recommend this Dominos to anyone.

If I could I would give this location negative stars. Since i said i didn't want burnt pizza i got swore at multiple times by a female manager who refused to tell me her name. Ive never experienced such careless staff and ever been spoken to that way.

I ordered 3 pizzas and they informed me it was going to take longer because a pizza center fell through. I said ok. Well, 20 minutes later I go up and ask what’s going on and then they tell me another one had fallen through as well and it was almost done. I was obviously irritated and hangry, I apologize to the woman who helped me, but when I got home and seen the “messed up” pizzas, they let me have them instead throwing them out, I realized that they have high standards. It was ALL delicious and y’all rock

This Dominos is horrible! Order is over an hour late. Still has not arrived. Been on their recorded line for over 20 min, without anyone answering. Save yourself the grief, and DO NOT ORDER FROM THE FLUSHING DOMINOS!

I’ve given Domino’s way too many chances, and every single time it’s been a letdown. Orders are wrong, food shows up cold, and delivery times are ridiculous. The worst part is the management — I actually tried to work with them directly to resolve issues, thinking maybe they’d care about improving their service. They don’t. It’s always an excuse or a shrug, never accountability.
I get that mistakes happen, but when it’s consistent and the people in charge don’t care, that says a lot. At this point, I’m done wasting money here. Plenty of other pizza places actually care about their customers.

This location hasn’t gotten an order right the past 3 times I’ve come. New York Style should not have crust and be as thick as the pan pizza. I ordered extra sauce and got no sauce. I only ordered from this location because it was closer to where I was heading. The young lady who was on the register answered when I called. She was polite and apologized.

Stole $ off my card. Went in July and paid $15 that was already removed from my account. They took another $15 yesterday. I am calling my credit union to get it removed (I’m on camera at my job that whole day and was not there) and will probably be reaching out to the police as well.
Tiffany was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I've never had a problem and the pizza is fantastic!

Let me just say that Miss Tiffany was an absolute sweetheart, and the embodiment of professionalism. She was kind, she was also understanding, as an ex-assistant manager for Domino's, SHE is doing it right.
I can't forget my delivery driver Dylan, again professionalism on point, even though I had to wait a little bit longer for my food (placing an order during dinner rush), it was still hot when I got it. This man is an absolute legend.

Got the special going on. The first time was loaded with toppings. The second time was honestly no toppings the 3rd time was bare minimum at best.. I can say im not ordering from them again... service? They won't let you check out the pizza until you pay first now I understand why I would have definitely refused it. 3 strikes dominos I won't be back.

If it was possible to leave a zero star review I would. Ordered 3 pizzas at 6:17 it’s now 7:23. The pizzas were stuck in quality control for twenty minutes. Tried calling but what a surprise after 10 minutes of ringing no one answered. This place is absolutely pathetic I would not recommend anyone order from here

Ordered chicken ranch pizza, got it home and it was cold, ranch dressing all over it, supposed to be drizzled on, second time we ordered and was not happy with this order either won't be going back.
