I love Domino's Pizza, but that manager over on Miller Road in Ballenger highway is very rude and I will never go back! Please fire him now! I received pineapples on my pizza. I am highly allergic to pineapples. All I want it was a new pizza. He told me to dispute it and hung up.😡

I have been ordering from this location for YEARS! I have had shit service the last few months. From under cooked pizza, to missing items, taking WAY longer than the time I'm told, missing points ect. One lady couldn't figure out math had her manager come over and couldn't figure it out while the whole time I'm saying my change is 1.43. Took them 5 min to figure it out. We'll today really pissed me off. I ordered 27$ worth of stuff for delivery. It gets here half an hour late, then I'm told I can't pay with a 50. And supposedly I cant go to the store as the counter doesn't take them either. I HAVE paid with 50s before, no issue. They claim it is corporate policy, but if you look it up it says they DO ACCEPT 50s (which I've used before) and that they accept ALL FORMS OF US CURRENCY. I'm done with this pos place. Cottage inn and bonjornios is way better anyways!

I ordered the pizza last night but the pizza was not cooked right half of the topping was missing and when I go back to the store I talked to the manager she is so rude and she said we can’t refund can’t give you other pizza. The employee work there when you go to pickup your order most of the time they standing outside and smoke and they give you your order without washing their hands. They stinky

This Dominos needs to be shut down or moved!! I ordered from here not even 2 whole weeks ago and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because after paying for delivery and tipping I had to go pick my order up after a hr. I get there and it was only 3 people working. I was told I would be refunded for the delivery and tip…still haven’t. Today I ordered my emergency pizza and some wings after 20 mins I wasn’t gonna wait and have cold pizza again so I called and nobody answered as usual and I let my phone ring as I had to drive back again to get my order. I walked in and the phone was ringing with me being the one calling and the same guy who told me he would talk to the manager about my refund eyes got big when I walked in! If y’all can’t accommodate delivery orders in a timely fashion turn it off! I work in customer service answer the phone and keep customers updated!!

I got a Philly cheese steak. There is almost no meat on this. To prove it I took the meat off 8grams that's 0.35 of an ounce of meat on a $7 sandwich....yeah never again.

I made a $30 delivery order with tip. When I got the food, I realized that my 2 liter had been forgotten so I let the driver know. She said she'd bring me another one. This was 5 hours ago and still nothing. Then to add insult to injury, the pepperoni pizza we got tasted rancid and is unedible. It's currently on my counter, ready for the trash. I already contacted corporate since this place doesn't answer their phones. They lost my buisness.

I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your team on Friday, October 25, 2024 (order#817). Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from Domino’s, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
During my visit/interaction, I encountered staff members who were disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Their behavior was not only disappointing but also unreflective of the customer service standards I believe Domino’s strives to uphold. Despite attempting to address the situation respectfully, I found that the staff’s lack of professionalism and inability to assist left me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer.
I kindly ask that you address this issue to ensure future customers do not encounter similar experiences. Additionally, I would appreciate any follow-up regarding this matter and information on how Domino’s intends to prevent such issues moving forward.
