Ordered at 4:54 for delivery directly via dominos website I live less than 10 minutes from the store. Delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further. Eventually my order was cancelled after 6:30. I called the store and the person who answered the phone could not tell me why the orders was cancelled after. I asked what they would be wiling to let me pickup the order and this was met with confusion. She said I could call back in about a half hour when a different manager was in. I have worked in food service and understand things happen but waiting that long to cancel an order is ridiculous. I was offered no solutions, including me simply going to pickup the order.

The pizza was bland and soggy - soggy. I probably should of added some more toppings other than pepperoni, mushrooms,cheese, and Banana peppers. Love pizza, the Employees were great and trying hard.

Ordered delivery on my dominos app , was following my app to see how my order was going, the store calls me and asks if I want to cancel my order because they have 1 driver and it would be a half hour late for my delivery . I waited over an hr for my delivery the pizza was cold and the bread was cold , I called the store and the ride mgrs response was what do you want me to do !!

They then proceeded to laugh at myself and my fiancée, we will be speaking to corporate in the morning.

My order came out perfect — hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely one of the best Domino’s experiences I’ve had. They don't put on any kind of gloves and makes the food bare handed. The delivery guy comes in looking gross and just started messing with my food. I immediately asked him not too because he was dirty and didn't wash his hands. The young lady that was working all alone,she was absolutely amazing. But that delivery guy and it's not just him, they have/had another that did thee exact same thing I will never go there again.

I would love to give this establishment a 5 ⭐, but I noticed a couple workers not wearing gloves, nor hair nets.. but I'm unsure if they actually washed their hands in the process of food prepping, or in-between prepping 🤷🏼, but the employees were extremely nice, and helpful.
I ordered a pizza at 9 PM. 9:30 comes, and there's still no Pizza. So I checked the app. It said that it left the store at 9:17 pizza finally arrived at 9:45.I asked to feel if the pizza was still hot and he would not let me feel the pizza and was extremely rude.So I told him to cancel the order. He got in his car and squealed his tires as he left at a high rate of speed out of the parking lot.I tried to call the store and I sat there and let it ring for what seemed like forever, and they never answered my call. I understand you guys are afraid that people are going to rob you.But I was standing there with the money in my hand asking to feel that the pizza was still hot, and he was extremely rude. So if you guys are hungry for pizza, this is not the location to go to

Looking at the context of the other reviews and what i saw it looks like they might be understaffed, but hes trying his damndest to get these done.

I ordered 2 medium 2 toppings pizzas and received them fairly fast. That's the good news. The bad, the crust taste like cardboard, their was very little sauce and cheese, and the Italian sausage and pepperoni taste like dirt. They were by far the worst pizzas I have ever had.

The gentleman working at 7pm was very rude.I ordered the same pizza several times at this store,I took the pizza back to show how he just coated my pizza with that nasty stuff and told me that's on every thin crust pizza instead of just saying I'm sorry and trying to fix it.I wouldn't go there
