The best Fish and Seafood. Originally went into Mike Donlan's Fish and Seafood in Flint Michigan to purchase ingredients for a Seafood Broil. What a gem of a place! The oysters were so fresh they still tasted like the ocean! On recommendation from the purveyor, we tried the barramundi and it is fantastic! This is a clean, well stocked, and helpful store. He even gave us a recipe for alligator that I can't wait to try. This is going to be a regular stop for me.
We traveled from St. Johns for Easter Salmon. We prepared salmon on Good Friday for dinner, as I instructed ny Master Fish Monger Mike. It was, by far, the best salmon we have ever had.
