This place was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious and service was very fast. Our waiter had great energy. I would definitely go back again.

Ugh, love this place! Bartenders are almost always personable and drinks are good! My favorite dish there is the shrimp enchiladas and it's hard for me to try anything else because it's soooo yummy. They also have a rewards program which is fun and unique. Foods usually pretty quick except Tuesdays but thats to be expected.

Love the food, and taco tuesday promotion is a deal! Atmosphere can be a little warmđĄ maybe they were being conservative with the electricity but still comfortable. The manager Kevin is a forefront and caring manager, had one bad service maybe the individual employee was just having a bad day, cause out of a few dozen visits it was singular.

It took 15 minutes to get 2 margaritas with like 5 customers in the whole place. It was hotter in the restaurant than our food came out. This place used to be fire back in the day but we won't be back

The food here is very good for the price. The service however, is beyond lacking. I've been coming here for over 10 years and in that time the service I've received as of late has been quite honestly awful. I've order 3 items one of them being a drink and somehow they have FORGOT one of those items. This hasn't happened just once, this has been an almost every time thing. It seems as if they have a bunch of young girls as wait staff that don't care about ensuring the orders come out correctly. As soon as the food quality goes down I will not be returning. If they want to retain myself as a customer they should get with their wait staff about making sure the customer has received ALL their food without reminder.

My waiter brought me my hot food and then tells me it will be a wait but my side of onions are coming. I literally bought them for my tacos? Hello? I waited well over 5 minutes because my husband finished nearly all his tacos before I got my onions. The waiter was condescending and some of the chicken was cold and some was hot. I donât understand that at all but this was very unsatisfactory service.

We came in about 6:40 on a Sunday night at the Fenton Rd. location. We were sat at table 6 by a good hostess. At 7:05, we left, having never been acknowledged by the waitstaff and we knew of at least 1 table sat after us that got service. It was our first time back in a while because of poor service and it looks like they have not improved. Fortunately, Applebee's is open.
By far the worst service & food weâve had. We sat at the bar, a Tuesday night, not busy at all. The bartender was so slow on her service from the beginning, never smiledâŠ.acted as she didnât want to be there. 5-10 before greeting, another for drinks, chipsâŠ..food was delivered the fastest. However, it was all so salty that we had to send 1 plate back. I used to get their taco special every week, but changed it to something different this time. Which was a big mistake. We wonât be going back

Good food and excellent margaritas. The manager was very nice and accommodating for the service dog on our crew. The taco flight was super delicious and the crew left full and happy.

We ordered carry out while working at the jail and the food was amazing. The serving sizes for everything was HUGE and the quality was terrific. I got the Nachos and the meat was so flavorful, it came in like a 9x13â tin enough for myself, two other coworkers and a deputy for $13.50! I highly recommend
