Went for the first time. Ordered a meal to go. With a side off Banana Pudding.
I order the Lunch special 2 meats. I ordered Burnt ends and Southside Rib tips. With loaded baked potato.
I got home there was a long hair in my food around a rib. In the box…NASTY….
Then why would you put all the toppings to my potato in one container.? You can’t very well melt butter and sour cream together.
Also why would you put pudding in the bag with hot food???
Then the side of banana pudding was so tiny. It was not worth the money.
I’m very disappointed for my first time going there …

First starting off the waitress was a little different. Our food she got it to us when the order came up, but the portions were ridiculous. I ordered the three meat combo, St. Louis style ribs, brisket, and rib tips. I have four rib tips, two ribs and it look like one piece of brisket cut up in four little chunks. That's not the famous days that I'm used to getting the meat on the ribs was tough. The rib tips was tough That's totally unacceptable. And not just my meal but the rest of the parties meal meat was tough and portion size that scaled back so we will not be patronizing this establishment anymore.

Excellent food. The service was so quick and friendly.
All of the food was delicious including the steamed broccoli which was done perfectly. Our hostess, Abbey, was fantastic as well. Very attentive and kept us informed on our food and menu items.

Just left FD and the food was deplorable!!! Severely disappointed as FD was my go to when craving authentic BBQ.
Brisket: Not sure what's going on, but the brisket tasted like meat from an elementary school cafeteria. It also looked like some type of meat that was liquefied in a mold, frozen, and reheated when ordered. Even the texture felt suspect.
Mac n' Cheese: Overcooked noodles, no cheese coverage, and EXTREMELY bland.
Bread under the Brisket: Tasted like bread that was on its way to being molded.
I seriously thought about asking for my $70 bucks back!!! FD has lost a loyal longtime customer.
