I just called to place a order at 7:20. The guy who answered was very rude and did not want to make any food because they close at 8:00 piss poor customer service I will never order there again.

They got all this fish on the menu, I asked for extra tartar sauce. Got NONE!!! Went back and was given some nasty packets of tartar sauce that taste like the smell of pledge!!! Called to see if that’s really the only thing they give you and was told “yes”. ????? tell your customers you got trash condiments before they place an order next time.

I ordered the 30 pc wing ding and it’s not the same people that own it because I’ve had before and it was so good! It’s been years but I wanted chicken and it’s been awhile since I’ve been here, needless to say it was terrible! I ordered it for me and my kids and I threw it away. The chicken had zero flavor and it was dry ! ? The women was nice who rang me up but that’s the only thing that was good.

I liked the food for a first time visit. Just got some chicken tenders with some mac and cheese. I liked the taste of both. Some fish was also ordered and they enjoyed the taste. A good portion of food for the price and for a Friday night, we got our food pretty quickly (ordered ahead). I would go back again.

I have visited this place many times and I have watched it change ownership or something a few times. I have had a few things go awry with bad w personalities there sometimes I was talked to the wrong way. In the at least decade I have off and on went there, today is my last time ever going back. Service when ordering was fine and everything was good. I went home with my purchases and I sat down to eat I put hot sauce on my fish so I can eat it but when I tasted it, it was rank tasting and it smelled bad ?. Enough for me to get back in my car and took it back. I was nice and explained why I came right back to complain about the fish and was told it was purchased today and it was fresh and if I hadn't put hot sauce on it they would have taken it back. No refund or consideration that I didn't want it and I was not and couldn't eat it. So am going to stay away from that place. I don't recommend them because of their business practices.If I complain about what you sold me and bring you the product back I should have had some kind of consideration. It's not like they couldn't have brought bad fish. What if I had ate it anyway and got sick ????
