Enjoyed the culinary experience of the Flint Crepe Company today for lunch. Located in downtown Flint, with parking close by. Had the Pierogi Crepe, along with Blueberry French Toast Crepe and some good Chai Tea. Friendly staff and plenty of seating available.
So many gems in this area, and I'm glad to say this is one of them! Walking in, the atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, despite it being a small space, they certainly made the most of it!
The line to order can take a few minutes, but you usually spend most that time deciding what you want from the menu, they have solid options, and even a seasonal menu!
It can be a bit hard to hear so make sure you are listening for your order name, they do yell for you...

Best coffee around, crepe itself was much thicker than a crepe should be, more like a pancake batter. Monte Cristo was very tasty. Pieroggi was extremely bland and unappetizing. Stick to the sweet items were not ried but appeared very good.
