I came here and order Boneless Garlic Parmesan wings. They Put No Garlic Parmesan on them I had to send them back. Twice and they still didn’t get it right! So I order buffalo boneless wings they were burned. I asked the bartender to get management and she said she didn’t want come see me. But she will try to get her to come. She comes and tell me I should told them no to fry them hard cause that’s how they chicken is served! The customer service was horrible and she refused to take them off my bill

I have been to Foutch’s several times and tonight I went to celebrate with my girls for completing a major college class and was told I could not buy them a drink, because they were cut off. These girls had 2-3 drinks over 6 hours and ate dinner, their waitress that left after her shift told all the staff that they were drunk and not to serve them any longer. It was a total fabricated story. We had other friends there eating dinner and seen the whole thing and were just as shocked. I will not be coming back again and I will let others know about this poor service and horrible judgement.

Food was good but did not know tip was added in already waitress did say either. So a $40 meal for my 2 boys and I cost me $60, I don't mind paying a good tip but not 2 tips I won't be back at all.

Good food, ok service, gratuity was automatically added to the tab and nothing was mentioned, so double dipping on the tips. I'm sure it's stated on the menu but it must be very tiny because no one at our table saw it. Extra items added to the tab. Look over your tab line by line.

If you have multiple people in your dinner party you may want to check your bill for additional gratuity added on. We had an issue with this and the waitress was not forthcoming.

If you’re going to charge me an additional fee for paying with a card, you should tell me that before my card is swiped. I do realize it says this at the bottom of the recipe but that should be at least mentioned prior To running my card. I had a takeout order and was not handed back he receipt before paying, just told a total.

Atmosphere is good, they have lots of big screens and seating for any accommodation. The food was an issue. The Cuban sandwich had rancid pulled pork. The pork was grey and could immediately be smelled, not in a good way. One bite and instantly spit it out. The server said they just made it yesterday, but if they did they must have refrigerated it hot. We ended up getting a burger and BLT. It was okay but not worth the price. The tonic water was stale, and at 675 a drink, sub par. Service was shotty. Couldnt find our server quite a few times for little things like condiments and empty drink glasses. We notice a few tables complaining about food and a couple walked out. The pizza looked amazing and smelled the same.
Service was very slow, I got to my seat with my family, nobody said anything to us. It took 15 mins for us to get a drink, then it another 10 mins for our server to come back, she never smiled, was very rude and very short with my kids, at this point I asked for a manager, and low and behold she was our server her name was Arica. She is absolutely not manager material. I will never be back again!!!! Couch's pub would be better off with a personable manager!!!!

The Kupee Burger was delicious! It didn't really taste anything like a Kewpee burger, but amazing nonethleless. The seasoned fries were also great.The service were not bad by any means, just not 5-Star.
