I really like Halo Burger food. Good burgers, good chicken. But their customer service is not so great. My lunch is around 1:30. Sometimes they’re super busy but most times they aren’t around then. They always sound so annoyed to even take an order. Get to the speaker and “place your order”. They don’t ask what size, what side etc. Never a “thank you”. Zero manners. Total annoyance with you. And asking for a drink holder seems over the top to them. I get having a bad day or an off day, but it’s every time I go there. I’ll probably be heading to Rally’s from now on.

Been to this location ordered a #2 with cheesecurds. I want to start off, its something; I give my hat off to company who wants to go toe toe with mcdonalds. That being said, there's something here feels like Halo Burger is trying for a mark but just can't identify what that is. Halo burger I wish you guys luck

I order a Beffy double cheeseburger with bacon lettuce tomatoes onion. It only had cheese pickles and onion. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN! I would have took it back, but I was on my lunch break for an hour

Didn't have items on the menu milkshake machine broken. The food quality was poor, lukewarm, lettuce, and tomatoes old and soggy. I tasted it and then thew it out. I'm done. I don't complain, the weather is too hot, lines too long. Food costs too much to not ar least be hot and taste right. You do better to go home and cook. So I did.

Went through the drive-through at the new Clinton Township location. We received the wrong burger, missing a dessert, the wrong milkshake, no napkins, and no condiments that we asked for. The burgers themselves were good. The french fries would have been good if they were not so salty.

I love Halo Burger. Especially the deluxe with olives and cheese. The burgers are always smashed and have tons of mayo dripping tho when we get them to go, don't like that.
