I really like Halo Burger food. Good burgers, good chicken. But their customer service is not so great. My lunch is around 1:30. Sometimes they’re super busy but most times they aren’t around then. They always sound so annoyed to even take an order. Get to the speaker and “place your order”. They don’t ask what size, what side etc. Never a “thank you”. Zero manners. Total annoyance with you. Been to this location ordered a #2 with cheesecurds. I want to start off, its something; I give my hat off to company who wants to go toe toe with mcdonalds. That being said, there's something here feels like Halo Burger is trying for a mark but just can't identify what that is. Halo burger I wish you guys luck
