The restaurant was clean enough. The server could not get most of my order to me, nor all of my wife's order to her. I walked to the store, bought beef jerky and a pack of cigarettes. I wasted an hour there, walked out and had my wife ask for the check. I paid full price for two meals that never fully materialized.
Worst. IHOP. Ever.
How far from Flint does one need to travel for decent service? Orlando?

If you have not been here in awhile it worth the stop the food is great and the service is great they also service burgers and steaks I highly recommend you visit again , they do offer senor discount

I can't believe how cheap this place is. What kinda restaurant gives you one single tiny slice of strawberry when you're order involves strawberries?? I gave them another chance and this is what happens. You people are horrible.

We had an amazing experience. Our waitress Gena was a true standout. She was super fast, kind, and had a great personality. She is an amazing face for the Flint IHOP. Go see her on Miller rd and I promise you will enjoy your visit. She is tentative and willing to have fun and just plain be herself. What a breath of fresh air!!!

Waited 15 minutes at the front desk within sight of at least 5 employees and nobody even greeted us or told us they'd be with us when they could. A woman waiting with us said she'd called in her order over an hour earlier and she'd been standing there unacknowledged for over 30 minutes. Guess they really earned their 3 star rating

People showed up AFTER us and got their food before us. 50 minutes go by and we still haven't gotten our food. And this is 50 minutes AFTER we ordered. Zero apologies or explanation either. What a terrible birthday dinner!!

Update: it's been 5 years since I've been to the IHop on Miller Rd. Today I decided to go back and try them out again because there was a sign saying under new management. Today was better Tiffany G our server did a nice job with checking on us and refilling drinks. She was polite and answered all questions we had. Food was really good I ordered the country fried chicken biscuit sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the Colorado Omelette he said it was really good. I will go back and try them again.
Service is horrible...no one cares last time I came kitchen staff were arguing and instead of manager stopping it they turned up the music to drown it out...no one cares here...I have visited many ihops and loved it...this place is just horrible...always dirty tables...just now people behind me asked for a booth...the waiter said they would have to go back to waiting area and wait...there was 4 tables they could use..that were clean...but they had many more could clean....you company needs to get better management to run this place..I won't be coming back any time soon...
***Update*** went few weeks ago... nothing changed but staff ...still same issues... NEVER will go back to this one!

1) 20 minute wait for a table with at least 15 empty tables in the restaurant; 5 empty tables in the general seating area were empty as well. 2) Many unbussed (dirty) tables led to an even longer wait. 3) After ordering, a 20-30 minute wait for food in a half empty restaurant. 4) When the food arrived, only 2 of the three people were served. Food was ice cold. When the third person got their food (about ten minutes later), their burger was cold and also drastically overcooked. 5) We heard numerous people making complaints to the wait staff with no resolution whatsoever. No manager was visible until about ten minutes before we left; they had just come in through the front door. We overhead the staff making apologies to almost every customer on their way out with zero attempt to resolve the various situations. 6) The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other as opposed to the customers, and we saw them involved in conversation on the floor doing nothing else on more than one occasion.
I have been to numerous locations in multiple states. My experience at other locations has been nothing short of total satisfaction. I love IHOP, and my visit to this location left me extremely disappointed and unlikely to return.
