If you want good service, I don’t recommend coming here. We had reservations but when we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy. We were our waitresses only table. We ordered drinks and after 25 mins we walked out: never got our drinks. The waitress just kept walking around. It was crazy. Felt like they didn’t know what to do. We wanted to try a new place but unfortunately this didn’t work out.

The atmosphere of the place and the decor is great. The first time I went I never got serviced after waiting for about an hour. So we came back to give them another chance. They definitely will not be seeing me again. The portion sizes are not what they’re worth. They brought to the table 4 party wings with a pinch of fries for $10.

Unfortunately, we never got any food so... The decor and atmosphere looked very promising and we were excited to try the food - and hungry! After we were seated, about 8 min. later 'Bree' came over, very friendly and was to return with water and soda. It was a decent amount of people but not packed at all. Around 5:30 - 6pm. We waited about 15 minutes before we left. Just a whole lot of waiting. Sooo disappointed! Went down the road to Hill Road Grille.

My husband and I are from New Jersey and we stayed at the hotel where they were located. From the moment we walked into this restaurant, we were greeted with a smile. The atmosphere was energetic and upbeat. The staff were friendly and attentive the entire evening. The food was delicious! I am a favorite of the wings and the different selections of sauces. That night they had a DJ that played uptempo music to get you grooving. If you are in Flint, Michigan near this location, it is a must go to!
I was in town and stayed overnight at the hotel. Elements provided a great late night vibe for a cocktail and bite. Great Vegetarian option with the Lion’s Mane “Chicken” and Waffles. My service star was only because it was busy. Kudos to the staff for maintaining great attitudes.

I’m a little bit confused about the bad reviews. Me and my friend went here after work and had a wonderful time. The server was so sweet, drinks were phenomenal, green tea shots 10/10, the bar tender was excellent and the owner even came over and checked in on us. Me and my friend both got the whole wings and fries and it was really good. We’ll definitely be back!

I will say that I have never left a review with a restaurant before, but after the dining experience that my wife and I had we both agreed we would leave one. We went there for the Valentine dinner for two and we were absolutely satisfied with the quality, the presentation, and the taste of our meals everything was served hot and cooked to perfection. The flavors that the chef prepared for each of our meals were amazing. Every course we had was perfectly paired with the wine that they suggested as well. We would highly recommend this place for a date night or just a night out with friends. It is a hidden gem inside the gateway center.

NOT open 24 hrs.Went in at 11PM tonight and was told they were closed.But they open for breakfast at 7.I'm going to Hill Road Grill instead.Their hours are posted correctly. They also have better reviews.
