First off cashier did not greet me when I arrived to pick up my food at the window she gave me this blank stare besides that the sub was only okay i paid roughly $16 bucks upgrade it a giant size roast beef still wasn't much meat to my surprise it did not come with cheese was a little upset but my fault I should have read the description a little better but it seemed like it would have came with cheese anyways I mean if you're on the budget hey go for it I definitely would recommend McAlister's over Jimmy John's

I placed an online order on 9/11/24 at 11:45am on my lunch break from work. I left work to go pick up my order. It is a 5 minute drive from my job. When I got there, I expected my order to be ready. That I could just walk in, grab it, and walk out. However, when I arrived at the location, the inside of the store was closed due to short staffing. Only the drive thru was open. And the drive thru line was very long. I saw a worker going in, so I rolled the window down on my car and told him I placed an online order, and asked if he would be kind enough to just go in and grab it for me. I offered to tip him for doing so. He said he couldn't and that I just had to wait in the drive thru line. It was ridiculous because I should not have to wait in a long line when I had already placed my order and it was likely just sitting there waiting to be picked up. A short while later, a delivery driver came back and I asked him the same thing. If he would go in and get my order for me, because I was not having my time wasted and my lunch break was nearing the end. He went in and came out a moment later and told me they hadn't even made my order. At this point, it had been almost 30 minutes since I placed my order. After a few more minutes, the driver came back out with my order and I tipped him a generous amount on top of the $17 I already paid for my order. I understand the store being short staffed, but in such a case, they should have shut off mobile ordering if they couldn't handle the volume of orders they were getting in that time frame. I was not the only one who had to sit in a long drive thru line just to pick up a mobile order that should have been ready 30 minutes prior. It was a big waste of time and money. I am highly unsatisfied and disappointed that things were not handled better.

Understaffed: it's supposed to be open but only the drive through is open because they don't have enough workers! I could understand if this was a "mom and pop" type of place, but it's a *national chain* lol.

The service was good and the place was nice and tidy but there was no taste to any of our sandwiches? No flavor at all I felt like I was eating a peace of cardboard! Not worth the money.

I'm a self-professed Jimmy John's addict, so you'd be hard-pressed to see me rate it any less than four stars. The University team is awesome. So, of course, I have no issue with them. My only issue is the franchise itself. It's getting to be a pretty costly meal. Plus, I'm not a fan of the rewards system. You don't get rewards for how much you spend, but rather how many visits. I've had large catering orders that are the equivalent of a single sandwich, as far as the rewards go. I wish they revamp that system, considering how much their food costs.

I ordered from Jimmy johns last week. My sub was pathetic. I asked for no mayo and was loaded with Mayo. The meat was all bunched up on the middle and not spread over the sandwich. The only good part was the delivery was quick and friendly.
